O Myakka Canopy Walkway oferece fácil acesso para observar a vida nas copas das árvores de uma rede de carvalho/palmeira. Como um laboratório ao ar livre para pesquisa e educação, é também um lugar para descoberta e oferece uma oportunidade para os visitantes verem de perto os habitantes do dossel. Concluída em 2000, esta estrutura é a primeira trilha pública nas copas das árvores na América do Norte. A passarela está suspensa 25 pés acima do solo e se estende por 100 pés através do dossel da rede. A torre mais alta se eleva a 74 pés no ar para apresentar uma vista espetacular das copas das árvores, pântanos e a interface pradaria/rede. Você pode observar águias, falcões, abutres e os topos de carvalhos e palmeiras sabal.
Você será recebido por nossos guias, onde receberá uma explicação completa sobre as bicicletas elétricas e todos os protocolos de segurança. Em seguida, partimos para explorar o maior parque estadual da Flórida! O majestoso rio Myakka flui por 58 milhas quadradas de vastas zonas húmidas intocadas, pradarias, redes e pinhais, onde temos a certeza de ver numerosos veados, jacarés (a uma distância muito segura), pássaros e muito mais! The best way to experience the true natural beauty of Florida wilderness. Derek was an incredible guide with a great sense of humor. The group was nine including Derek and made small talk amongst everyone easy. Ran about 3 hours total including the canopy walk and tower (don’t miss the tower!). The ebike is the perfect way to see the expansive park, miles of trails and wildlife. What a value for the money! This was a highlight of our trip. I can’t wait to come back and do the beach ride and visit their shop. Thanks Derek!
This was a great family outing for me and my 18 year old daughter and 11 year old daughter. We are residents of Sarasota so often don't do many tours but recently realized we were missing out on some of the fun tourist type activities. We had a blast and the tour guide was top notch.
Derek and Chad were great tour guides, and the tour was awesome.
Professional guide, quality bikes, reasonable price, accomodating staff. Not to set a precedent but we were almost half an hour late, they waited for us.
This was such a fun experience for our whole family. Derek was super knowledgeable and the tour was just the right length. We had never ridden e-bikes before and it was a blast. This was a great activity to do before hitting the beach in the afternoon. Highly recommend you try this!
It was fun and a great experience for my grandkids! The bikes were in good shape and fun to ride even though I never rode an e-bike before. However it was easy to do!
Tour was fun. We had a great time, guide was super nice, bikes were great, Myakka was awesome. Guide Derrick really did stand out as being friendly and accommodating to everyone. My only complaints were that I booked a ticket for a child (7 year old) and he had to sit on the back of an adult bike pedaled by an adult. It was not clear to us when booking they didn't have kids bikes and my son was pretty disappointed. The other thing was the guide took loads of family photos of us and never sent them to us like he said he would.
This is a 2 hour trip that needs to be incorporated into your trip to Sarasota. Worth every dollar. Derek maybe the best tour guide we have had for any tour, in any city we have been to. Super nice, knowledgeable, and courteous to all types of riders. If you’re on the fence about going, do it.
The cancellation on the day of was not professional at all. If the customer has to give 24 hr notice to cancel, then so should the vendor.

The guy texted me at 6:00a canceled the tour. I believe as the customer we have to give 24 hour notice for cancellation. The provider for this tour should have done the same. As I did not see his text until after we were already at the tour place. I also had reserved an uber and then had to call him back to get us. It was a waste of my morning and money for the uber. I was very very disappointed and upset. The tour guide should have been more considerate and cancelled 24 hours before. Thanks for wasting my time.
We pay a fairly significant amount for a weather app used for small air craft pilots, I was woken up early from a lightning advisory, relayed the message and what they predicted is precisely what happened, the entire park was flooded within 30-40 min. We’ve never not given a full refund when weather is the culprit.. We also offered several free options including the full/immediate refund as well as joining us the following day for 100% free.
