BEM-VINDO À MESA DO MEU CHEF Sou Ladislav, um chef jovem e entusiasmado que adora fazer os outros felizes com a comida. Trabalhei em vários dos melhores restaurantes com estrelas Michelin na Europa e organizei uma série de eventos pop-up de degustação de sucesso em muitos países. Também participei com sucesso de dezenas de competições nacionais ou internacionais de culinária. Trabalhou ou encenou em cozinhas da Áustria, Inglaterra, Grécia e Malta. Meus convidados estão realmente entusiasmados com o menu de 10 pratos. Muitos deles não hesitam em comparar o nível a um jantar em um restaurante com estrela Michelin. Atualmente, sou um dos chefs mais bem avaliados, hospedando uma experiência de comida e bebida no Airbnb em Praga. Meus pratos são criativos, intrigantes e cheios de sabor, focados na cozinha da Europa Central. É baseado em ingredientes tradicionais, e. variedades ricas de vegetais, cogumelos, queijos caseiros e carnes selecionadas e de origem local.

Everything about the 10 course dinner was outstanding from the pre-arrival communication by the chef to the beautifully and very flavorful and fresh plates served!
This is a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every course was delightful and amazingly thought out. 15/10 we have to come back and do this again!!

This was a food lovers dream experience. The chef was personable and talented and every course was thoughtful and delicious and unique. All of the spice levels were spot on and each course used elevated ingredients. The dessert was truly artistic and beautiful to see. The chef was also very helpful in obtaining return transportation for us. It's a once in a lifetime experience that I highly recommend.

Ladislav is an amazing host and an incredibly experienced chef with an impressive résumé. We joked, laughed, and talked throughout most of the meal—his personality is infectious and full of warmth. The variety, the flavours, the textures—everything was beyond any scale I’ve experienced before. While we came for the exceptional food, we stayed for an unforgettable evening with Ladislav.
