Em nosso tour gastronômico do Grande Bazar, começaremos o dia com um café da manhã completo celebrando o melhor das terras altas de laticínios no leste da Anatólia, seguido de uma sopa de casamento incomum de Konya. Em seguida, percorreremos o distrito de vestuário até um aglomerado de hans (pousadas de comerciantes) da era otomana, lar de uma guilda de artesãos tradicionais em suas pequenas oficinas. Lá teremos um inesquecível pide recém-assado antes de entrar, sair e contornar o Grande Bazar, comendo um kebab perfeito, um pedaço de fígado ao estilo de Edirne e uma variedade de mezes vegetarianos sazonais. Tomaremos chá e café turco em lugares afastados, enquanto as notas doces nesta rota começam com kadayıf, uma carta de amor de influência árabe da cidade de Gaziantep, no sul da Turquia, e termina com um delicioso bolo que fez o seu caminho da Albânia para Istambul. É o Bazaar Quarter de Istambul como nunca foi visto - ou provado - antes.

Great that it starts and ends same location, the Grand Bazaar, if you are new to town and don't know your way around. Really fun. Very good tour guide. Felt very comfortable in the GB after tour. Lots of food.

Our guide, Gonca, led us through an unforgettable experience discovering the real life of the Grand Bazaar. While tourists are overwhelmed by the many shops and products, we were weaving in and out of the bazaar, exploring hidden corners and climbing terraces we would have never found on our own. My husband and two daughters (7 and 11) had the most memorable, tasty, interesting day with the fantastic Gonca - our tour guide. It’s a day we will remember forever.
