Howard was incredible! He was amazing and gave great suggestions. Hopefully he’s who picks us up when we leave at the end of the week. Would definitely recommend.

Booking was easy with no hassles or delays. Received reminder email confirmation prior trip. Finding the location where they are setup outside airport was hectic although emailed instructions were very detailed. Vehicle was there to take us to resort soon after check-in. Down side was no confirmation for return pickup and there was an issue with pick up time. I thought it was earlier than scheduled but with a call to them, driver was sent right away to get us. I will use them again for my next trip to the island.

u/k traveler, originally booked private transfer through holiday company however decided to see how much local transfer would be. glad i did as saved app £350 ( even with £50 fee to cancel original booking ) and should have checked this first which i defo will do going forward. both drivers to and from resort were pleasant and chatty but not overly and not pushy. slight negative although still gave 5* rating was a 15 min wait at airport when arrived for taxi to turn up. easy to find once out of terminal and greeter was polite and friendly. 30/35 min transfer time if roads not mega busy.

Hodinga was our driver and very informative and friendly. We just asked one of the airport workers where the Viator pickup was and they directed us to a gentleman who got us loaded up. Hodinga drove safely and gave us info about the areas we traveled thru on our way to resort.

My experience with them was excellent. We were staying at the Royalton Blue Waters in Falmouth. Around a 35-45min commute. Everything was great from the value, professionalism and yes punctuality. Which was great because I had an 8am departing flight. I highly recommend!

Both of the drivers were safe and got me to the location, but there was some confusion at the airport regarding pick up, And also some confusionat the hotel pick up.

Everything went well besides the name of the hotel was a little confusing amd the driver was at the wrong hotel just about 2mins. Away. Other than that everything thing was fine. Driver was nice and polite.
