Este é para você que quer maximizar as chances de ver as luzes do norte – e minimizar a necessidade de sorte! O objetivo principal é simples: ver e fotografar as luzes do norte com você na foto, usando nossas câmeras profissionais e anos de know-how de fotografia. Nós dirigimos tanto quanto necessário, mesmo atravessando a fronteira para a Suécia, se é lá que as luzes estão. A duração total do passeio é de 4 a 6 horas, dependendo das condições da noite. Nós exploramos inúmeros locais em torno de Lapland. Nossa equipe monitora dados de aurora ao vivo 24 horas por dia, mapas de nuvem por satélite e modelos meteorológicos ao longo do dia. Uma vez que confirmamos que as condições são suficientemente boas, vamos. E quando nos movemos, nos comprometemos totalmente: dirigimos tanto quanto necessário - às vezes 50 km, às vezes 200 + km - para encontrar céu claro e ver as luzes. Nós monitoramos continuamente os movimentos do vento solar para saber quando as luzes do norte estão em seu melhor. É recomendável fazer uma reserva para o primeiro dia da sua chegada. Se a previsão para o dia reservado for ruim, vamos mover a reserva para o dia seguinte e assim por diante. Se não for possível encontrar um dia adequado, o pagamento será devolvido. Não fazemos uma viagem se as possibilidades são impossíveis. É assim que você garante a melhor chance de ver as luzes do norte. Nós viajamos em minivans e pequenos grupos para garantir que a experiência seja a melhor possível. Recomendamos levar snacks com você para a noite e roupas quentes. Estamos focados em encontrar luzes do norte e é por isso que não nos concentramos em fazer fogos de campo e grelhar salsichas e bebidas porque geralmente é simplesmente impossível devido ao tempo e à condução :)

Excellent trip. Managed to get to see the northern lights. definitely worth it.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. My original booking for 26th Feb 2026 kept getting cancelled and was finally moved to 28th Feb. Since it was my first trip to Finland, I adjusted my flights to 1st March early morning just to make this aurora tour work. Before the trip, I specifically confirmed with their staff that we’d return by around 2:00–2:30 am. Instead, we got back at 4:00 am after an 8–9 hour trip (even going into Sweden), causing me to miss my flight and spend an extra £300 on a last-minute ticket. When I raised this, the manager refused to compensate me and simply refunded the tour to GetYourGuide—which I won’t even receive as it was a sponsored booking. On top of that, the “professional photos” were terrible—blurry, rushed, and not worth it. Completely unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy: First, the Northern Lights were in fact seen during your tour, meaning the experience was successfully delivered. Second, the duration of the tour is always communicated as flexible (approximately 4–10 hours) depending on weather conditions and how far we need to travel to find clear skies. On your night, conditions required a longer drive, which is part of maximizing the chances of seeing the auroras. This is also why we always strongly advise guests not to book the tour on the night before an early morning flight, as return times cannot be guaranteed. Regarding your request for additional compensation due to a missed flight — this is unfortunately not something we can take responsibility for, as flight arrangements are outside of the scope of the tour, and the duration flexibility is clearly communicated in advance. Luca was an exceptional guide and truly made this experience unforgettable. He reached out ahead of time to let us know the tour start time had shifted slightly, which I really appreciated—it set the tone for how organized and thoughtful the entire experience would be. We met downtown at the main office and headed out with a small group of eight, which felt just right. Everything was clearly well planned, and Luca created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I did this with my 10-year-old daughter, and it turned out to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we’ll both remember for years. After some incredible viewing and photo opportunities, Luca built a fire where we warmed up with hot drinks and cookies—such a cozy and perfect ending to the evening. Absolutely worth it—100% recommend!

The guides Jeremias and Toni were awesome. We have got excellent views of the northern lights and the photographs were amazing. They never got tired of clicking more pictures. The complementary hot drinks at the start and while watching the northern lights made us feel more comfortable in cold weather conditions.
