From the moment the tour started, everything felt well organized. The guide was attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the ride. Seeing Rome from a golf cart was both fun and practical, and the gelato stop was a lovely finishing touch. This experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
I wasn't sure how much we could actually see in just 90 minutes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The golf cart made it easy to cover a lot of ground without feeling rushed. Our guide pointed out little details I would have completely missed on my own and was happy to answer all our questions. It was a great introduction to Rome, especially on our first day.

Meeting point was blocked off, no communication and no golf cart showed up. Still waiting on response - we were there 30 mins early walked around in circles trying to find any sign and nothing
As mentioned to you, the rest of the people on the tour got there in time. Sometimes we can’t anticipate roads being blocked. The fact is tho, it’s that even though you were not entitled to a refund. We still gave you one. And you went out of your way to give a bad review, also without mentioning you got a full refund, which I guess is quite convenient to you.
