What a great way to see so many of Rome’s most beautiful spots lit up and looking amazing. Peter was an amazing guide and driver. Born and raised in Rome, he has so much knowledge to share and knows his way around the city. He was flexible with the itinerary and offered so many insights. After a very warm day, it was nice to get in the comfortable and air conditioned van for our private tour. This may be our highlight of Rome. Highly recommend! Worth every euro!

If you're considering the Rome After Dark tour, stop thinking about it and book it — especially if you're lucky enough to get Peter as your driver and guide! Peter was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing the history, culture, and hidden treasures of Rome. This wasn't a cookie-cutter tour where you're rushed from landmark to landmark. Peter encouraged us to customize the evening and tailored the experience to our interests, making it feel like we were exploring Rome with a local friend. One of the highlights was visiting several hidden gems and lesser-known locations that most tourists would never discover on their own. These secret spots not only gave us a different perspective of Rome but also provided some of the most incredible photo opportunities of our entire trip. My recommendation? Book the 7:00 p.m. tour. The golden-hour light transitioning into sunset and then evening illumination over the city was absolutely magical. The photos we captured during that time are some of our favorites from Rome. What impressed us most was how much we learned along the way. Peter shared fascinating history, local stories, and cultural insights that brought the city to life. You could tell he genuinely loves Rome and enjoys helping visitors experience it beyond the typical tourist attractions. To top off an already perfect evening, Peter thoughtfully dropped us off near the Spanish Steps at the conclusion of the tour, allowing us to continue our evening with tapas, cocktails, and people-watching in one of Rome's most beautiful areas. This tour was one of the highlights of our entire Rome vacation. This trip was very informative and we saw what we had hoped to see. We also saw some hidden treasures or fountains in Rome that we would not have seen had we tried to do this on our own. Peter was so much fun and a wealth of knowledge.
Excellent tour ! Our driver Peter (Jean-Pierre) is an excellent driver, went to all the major sites and he provided excellent information. All four of us really enjoyed the tour and will not hesitate to recommend. The tour at night provides a different look with all the lights at the the major sites. We received as a gift an evening with a visit to Rome, dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant in one of the most picturesque locations organized by BEST ROME driver. It was an experience that my wife and I will hardly forget. In addition to punctuality, courtesy, and attention to our comfort, the driver BEATRICE LEANZA surprised us with her deep knowledge and cultural understanding of the city, sharing insights and emotions even from the lesser-known corners. Dinner of excellent quality, followed by the surprise of a toast in one of the most iconic places in Rome - Trinita' dei Monti. A calm and relaxing return home at the end. It was an experience we recommend to everyone; combining professionalism and culture is rare, and BEATRICE and the Best Rome driver demonstrated that they possess both, giving us a unique image of the city.
