Dear Jannet Thank you very much for your great review. Best regards, AvatarGo Team
It was an interesting experience to get out of Bangkok and see some of the Thai countryside. The lunch was pretty good for these kind of excursions with decent food and a beautiful view. Our guide Mam was extremely nice and helpful although we could not understand all she said.
Be prepared for the long hot day. As a planned group of 7, we were surprised to collect another couple. Very knowledgeable guide, with courteous driver. Parts of the road journey aittle hairy, some very crazy driving goes on. The tour it's self very sobering and thought provoking, but glad we did it. Amazing scenery.
Dear Mrs. Susan, Thank you very much for your review, We truly appreciate it. On the day of your tour, there were two guests scheduled, and as your booking was for a small group tour, we arranged for everyone to travel together according to the program. We sincerely understand your concerns. For your future visit, we would kindly recommend booking a private tour. This option would offer greater comfort and flexibility for your group, especially considering that one member may have difficulty walking long distances. Thank you again for choosing our service./AvatarGoTeam
My tour was cancelled the night before - so I didn’t get to experience this. It’s quite disappointing - received a message asking to change my dates etc
Dear Ms. Taylah Please tell the truth, this case we are respect you and We just got your booking last minute just 8 pm on the night before next day. Then we chat with you on the WhatsApp that we cannot organize because it too late and we just got email booking late at night from viator and try to talked with you polity that can you changed the date you said cannot and you booked another agent already 3 agents no one arrange for you, So we try our best to help you and give just full refund with full amount within 5 mins after you said you need refund. we don't understand why you are still give us 1 star it is not fair for us please respect our agreement after we have talked.
Very interesting program of the day. We enjoyed visiting the Kwai River Bridge, the cave and the train tour. Everything was colorful. However, big downside: our guide, whose name is unknown since he did not show up, gave us very little information as much about the course of the day as about the history of this place. Moreover, he did not stop talking loudly all along the way without addressing us.
Everything was great about this trip. From hotel pick up to drop. Loved the overall planning, places they took us, the food they served, the tour guide, the train trip, the boat ride, the walk in the bridge, etc etc.
