The car they show is not actually the car they offer you.When I spoke w/the workers they knew nothing about the car presented in the photo and I had to pay extra for the expected car because of my luggage.The person was there on time as expected.
Good, communicative. The porter informed us the guy went outside to escort some travels. He came back and confirmed our name then waited with us for the car.
The driver never showed up. We waited 45 minutes and called the local number three times and no one answered. Terribly disappointed. We took a taxi to our hotel and called Viator requesting a refund. We are waiting for that refund.

Even though I paid for a private transfer, they wanted to provide a shared transfer. It was a nightmare trying to talk them into a private transfer, I had to spend more than an hour chatting and calling Viator to get what I paid for, very stressful experience. Once the ride arrived, the driver was very good and helpful, but the provider’s office is a disaster.
This was a god and safe ride to the airport. The company kept in constant contact so that we were assured of the pickup time. The driver minded traffic and got us to the airport without issue.

The agency could not find a driver until 1.5 h before requested time. Kept promising to confirm for 6 hours. THE DRIVER AND TGE CAR WERE EXCELLENT, will NOT USE VIATOR FOR CAR NEXT TIME IN BRAZIL, pick and drop off same story, agency bad. Pick up too small car and person never showed up with sign at the airport
We had no problem with this company, everything went perfectly! We felt very welcome and safe from the airport to our hotel!
