Passeio a cavalo no Rio Celeste

This felt like the best hidden gem! David and Elias were the perfect guides, funny and knowledgeable! They made sure my kids felt safe and comfortable the entire time! Mid ride they surprised the group with a Tarzan swing into the rainforest which was absolutely amazing! 10/10 you need to go on a horseback riding tour with David Tour!

This was such a cool experience and David did such a great job handling my whole family to include my 8 year old daughter who got to ride her own horse. David was very accommodating and had the best ways of making sure everyone of most abilities was able to get on their own horse. David surprised us with another unique experience that I will not spoil here but 100% worth the trip alone. Once at the Rio Celeste David was attentive and ready for anything once we swam in the river. My family thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and the price was very good for all we did. He also recommended the restaurant that was right at the tour site and the food was outstanding.

This was a really nice tour. The weather wasn’t the best for swimming, but the river was really beautiful and the guide went out of his way to try to help me see some beautiful toucans on the way back. as someone with very little horseback riding experience, I was a little nervous before going out, but the horses were very calm and the guide was very helpful!

David gave us a memorable tour, it was so much fun and we got to see so much, views, Rio Celeste, fun horseriding and a jungle swing! Would really recommend. Family of 4, kids of 14 and 15

A brilliant family experience - theee of whom don’t ride and it didn’t matter. David is an excellent friendly host and guided us through the rainforest. Much fun! Highly recommend

What an amazing time! We absolutely loved it. Our guide was fantastic. I went with myself and my two kids. It was wonderful!!

Our afternoon of hourseback riding and swimming in the Rio Celeste was incredible! David could not have been nicer. Our family of 4 rode horses down to the river. It was a breathtaking view as we rode. David took photos of us along the entire route, which was very kind. He and the well trained hourses guided us expertly down a pretty steep hill. The tarzan swing was a super fun stop along the way. Once at the river, we swam for about an hour and it was otherwordly. The river color is as vibrant as you see in the photos. it was like a tiny corner of paradise is cut out just for your group when you are on this excursion. The sights and sounds are beyond compare. My adventurous teen son was thrilled to include some cliff jumping with David's guidance. We all had the best time. Topped off, with the sweetest and juiciest pineapple of our lives, delivered to us in the river. After we dried off a bit, the ride up was delightlful. David extended our trip a bit to show us a scenic overlook that included listening to the howler monkeys. I am so happy we booked this trip, which took us out of our way a bit, but was so so worth it. Even the drive into the area was breathtaking. We stopped for lunch before the 2pm tour at RESTAURANTE Y MARISQUERIA PORO in Bijagua which is on way to David's meeting point. It was the best food/seafood and many other non-seafood options at an incredible price.

Our experience with David and his beautiful horses was the nicest experience of the trip. David is knowledgeable, funny and patient. The horses are beautiful, super well behaved and trained. Rio Celeste is amazing!!! The color, the cleanness…is a whole experience and we loved. We would absolutely do it again!.

This was an amazing experience. While it was a drive from La Fortuna, it was well worth it. The countryside drive was beautiful, and the horseback riding was great. We’ve been on several horseback rides, and this was not your typical trail ride, this was much better. The river was amazing to swim in. This was my girls, 11 and 16, favorite part of our whole vacation. And, David was also great. He was so kind.
