This was the most amazing experience. From the time with left the dock until we arrived at the island adventure. Absolutely everything was timed and choreographed. So well organized. Our host David on Boat 4 were. PHENOMENAL! We saw a pod of dolphins on the way there and were entertained with a hilarious lip sync show on the way home! Alma, freaking awesome. The costumes, the colours, the lights, the acrobatics..insane. I was in awe all evening. It ended with a delicious buffet and fabulous service. Book the VIP, it's well with the money.

Had fun, memorable for just us couple as this our first time to get away jaut the 2 of us only. Not with out children.

Everything was so easy right from booking, checking in, instructions for dining and arriving at the show! The boat ride to the site was a perfect pace (and our kids were lucky enough to stop and watch the whales for a bit), the staff made it great fun and the rum punch is yummy! The buffet was delicious and hot and there was more than enough food while the show was spectacular! Just can’t say enough about what a great night we had! We will likely make this an annual event when we go to Mexico because we enjoyed it so much!!

In an effort to create a memorable Valentines Day, I booked this event well in advance of our trip to Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, a week after booking, the operator cancelled our reservation, only saying that it was no longer available. Very disappointing!

This show is a must! The boat ride there was fantastic. Sunset was gorgeous and we saw whales. Dinner was great. Show was spectacular. Don't miss it!

From beginning to end the tour was beyond amazing! The artistry, skill and passion from all who created the experience was sooo apparent….The sunset cruise, show, dinner and even the after party were all on point! Maria Jose, Gray Line staff recommended the tour through the use of her knowledge and skills for the area while answering all of my questions. I truly felt that Maria wanted me to attend a tour that would be memorable…and that it was!!

Our second December 31 we enjoyed with Alma and the pyrotechnic fires in the bay. Imposing spectacle.

From the same departure port other agencies on other tours include everything, parking, port payment, so you just have to enjoy and forget everything, in fact the office of this agency welcomes you with a line and then a lot of smiling cash machines to charge you vs others that put coffee and relax. The 1st show and food certainly competes internationally, the transfer a little saturated and tight.
We bought a VIP ticket and were handed a classic ticket. 45 Minutes at the counter we were last in the boat no life jackets provided and no place to sit. We stood for 45 the entire ride. I will be submitting an official complaint
