Ana was very knowledgeable and her family has a deep history in the region. In our time together, she taught us a ton—about the the Native Americans and the local Pueblos, how the Spanish came to the region and brought disease and war but also education and hospitals, and how Los Alamos nearby was the site of the Manhattan Project. Perfect for our first day in Santa Fe!

A tour guide that has authored 8 books is sure to be a hit. We enjoy history and not being familiar with Santa Fe or the southwest…we learned so much. And the word straight from a locals mouth comes with some great stories. We highly recommend Ana for the Santa Fe Revisited tour.

My sister and I traveled to Santa Fe and took a history tour with Ana, and it was absolutely outstanding. Ana was astonishingly knowledgeable, engaging, and entertaining throughout the entire experience. Her command of history was incredible — facts, dates, people, stories, and all the context in between — yet she presented everything in such a vivid and accessible way that the tour never felt overwhelming for a moment. She brought the history to life with humor, insight, and genuine passion. We learned an enormous amount while thoroughly enjoying every minute. This was easily one of the best guided tours we have ever taken. Highly, highly recommended!
Thank you so much for leaving this review. I enjoyed touring around my hometown with you and your sister. Have a great summer! Ana
