On February 22, we booked the Buffet dining at Palazzo Versace Dubai via Tripadvisor on February 24 and received a confirmation immediately. However, the next day we were informed that dinner at Palazzo Versace would not be available on Monday and Tuesday in February. And guess what, the next day they are asking for a review of our experience with Buffet Dining (?!). How do you think we can rate such a service?
The place is very pleasant, and the food is really good and sane, mainly of a Mediterranean influence. But the main memory is the service, really good and friendly!
My husband and I just went for his birthday and we absolutely LOVED it!!! Wide selection of food and excellent customer service. Akshay was superb!! Definitely recommend.
Nadine was absolutely the best sales Magee/representative the store could have. She resolved a situation for myself and my husband when he purchased an anniversary gift. If you need to make a jewelry purchase Nadine is the one to buy from.
This is one of the restaurant that is quite with a very cool ambience yet provides a very good buffet options, they have Chinese cuisine, local, international and Indian cuisines.
We ate at the restaurant Giardino for Christmas lunch. The buffet included a seafood section, Italian, Indian, roasted turkey, sushi,salads, cheese & crackers, salsa and guacamole with tostitos The food tasted good. There was a fair selection of food to accommodate different tastes. The Indian food was very spicy. I would have liked some naan bread or raita yogurt to balance the spiciness. The paneer from palak paneer was too dry. The place was fully packed and social distancing was not respected at all. There were kids activities by the exterior swimming pool. The place is good if you enjoy food from a variety of cuisines but it is not a must do in Dubai.
