Our guide Jason was very entertaining and enthusiastic. Will definitely recommend. He made everyone who was celebrating an event feel special.
To pay 35 dollars per person to have someone walk you from bar to bar is ridiculous. I didn't expect that but wouldn't recommend.
Hi Danisha! You forgot to mention the drinking games, free shots, drink specials, souvenir cup, and skip-the-line entry. As we always say, the party comes from within; some people have it, and some people don't. If you're reading this - come join the party and decide for yourself!
Was very excited about this Pub Crawl. Provider didn't TEXT until 70 minutes before event that they were canceling. This meant it was too late to book an afternoon tour elsewhere for a Swamp Boat Trip. They knew earlier in the day that trip wasn't going to operate, thus completely wasted my afternoon in NOLA. Very upset that refund has not been provided, either. So, don't count on going on this one!! Did another tour day before, provider CALLED me to ensure my comfort as a solo female traveler with the male guide. Was an incredible experience. Major difference in professionalism and communication levels!!!

To provide some context, we had a group of 4 guests cancel 75 minutes before your tour start time, which left us with a single guest less than 90 minutes before departure. This put us in a genuinely difficult position. We have received feedback from guests on both sides of this situation. Some felt we should have cancelled when attendance was very low, and others were disappointed when we did cancel. We do our best to make the right call in the moment, though we understand that decision will not always feel right to everyone. Regarding your refund, we notified Viator immediately to process it on your behalf. Because your booking was made through a third party platform, Viator collects payment and manages all refunds, cancellations, and reschedules directly. We understand this process can feel disconnected from us as the operator and we appreciate your patience. We genuinely would have loved to suggest alternative options for your evening and were prepared to do so. We are sorry the experience ended the way it did and hope you will give us another opportunity to show you what we are truly capable of delivering.
Absolutely fun! Saw bars we would have skipped otherwise. Guide did a great job bringing everyone together.
Could have just visited bars on our own. Bars were mostly dive bars, no clue what was in the shots we got, just tasted like sours and wasn't even sure there was alcohol in them. We got there at 4:45 as instructed, leader of the tour didn't get there until after the 5:00 start time. Not even sure who these people work for, our guide asked one of the bartenders at a bar we were at if she wanted to do a bar crawl later in the week????
I had alot of fun on this crawl. I've been to Nola many times and only had 8 hours to explore, so wanted to do something different. We had a small group which was nice, we all got to mingle with each other! And being solo was no problem going in & out of bourbon street bars. I liked that there were games at each place for us to enjoy and have something to do/talk about besides only drinking. AND I discovered new places as I hadn't been to ANY of the stops before. Definitely a fun time!

It was fun the tour guide guy( I forgot his name). Is one of the best. He knew all the good spot..Will do it again.
Great for me solo traveling made a friend to hang out with and felt the experience had a lot of value for the price.
