Rasa Raya não é apenas o almoço - é uma jornada de degustação indonésia de cinco regiões guiada por anfitriões em roupas tradicionais. Cada curso representa uma ilha diferente, apresentada com histórias sobre ingredientes, cultura e património. Ao longo de 2 a 3 horas imersivas, os hóspedes experimentam sabores autênticos, têxteis regionais e apresentações curadas em um ambiente íntimo que mistura gastronomia com tradição indonésia viva. Esta experiência é hospedada na praia no restaurante Quali, com vista para os pôr-do-sol da costa oeste de Lombok.

Three of us really enjoyed the “Rasaraya” experience at Qusia restaurant in Senggigi, Lombok. The meal is a guided journey across the archipelago: 5 islands/regions with 3 small plates from each one, so fifteen yummy dishes in all, served by your own waiter who wears the costumes of each region and tells the story behind the food. As a frequent visitor to Indonesia, I thought I had a pretty good handle on the cuisine, but a lot of the dishes were new to me. Highly recommended for those wishing to learn more about Indonesia’s fascinating culture and cuisine.

Rasa Raya is a great dining experience. It’s a five-region Indonesian tasting journey presented and explained by the team. The setting by the beach makes it even more special.
We had such a beautiful experience at Rasa Raya. It was a unique opportunity to discover Indonesian cuisine from five different regions, all in one place. Each course was thoughtfully presented and perfectly explained, with storytelling that made the experience even more immersive. The traditional costumes and decorations added a special touch, making us feel truly connected to the culture. The staff was absolutely lovely, attentive, and passionate throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lombok, it’s not just a meal, it’s a cultural journey.
