We booked the whitewater rafting through "Amazing Tours". While the salesperson spoke English, the tour guides did not so it did make it difficult to follow instructions. The trip itself was fantastic, and physically challenging. There was no place to change into or out of a bathing suit. We actually had to change outside the bus in mixed company. And no restrooms.
