Had an amazing experience last week with my family and a few friends. Booked the tour in the day and was hassle free and easy. Read and signed the disclaimer quite quickly and had a little demonstration on the safety aspects of the ATV’s. The tour was full of fun and had my adrenaline pumping throughout. Biggs our tour guide also took us to some amazing spots in the hills so we could have some amazing pics overlooking Ocho Rios. Will definitely return and recommend.
My experience with RAD Adventure was excellent from start to finish. The operator was communicative from the moment I confirmed my photoshoot, staying in touch up to and during my arrival. They assisted me in selecting a dress and made sure I was securely fastened to the swing, ensuring my comfort and safety. The photoshoot included several different angles, and I appreciated being able to review the shots before leaving. I was even given the opportunity to make adjustments if needed, which showed great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Although I did not use their transportation service and arranged my own travel, everything else was seamless. Overall, I highly recommend RAD Adventure for their professionalism, helpfulness, and high-quality service.

They were so nice and encouraging. It was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Aaron was so helpful with directions and guiding me to the area. I would like to thank Rad for the wonderful time we had yesterday!!! I booked for the ATV as well as the white river raft. I’ve been to Jamaica several times .. all my life .. I now drive here and we had a blast! I would definitely recommend them ! I will say this if you aren’t an experienced driver in Jamaica please pay for them to pick you up!! Getting to them up the road requires skill and patience … The staff was patient and amazing and ensured we were comfortable on the atv’s prior to our ride. The countryside was beautiful as well!!! The white river raft with Beckham was amazing !!! I got lost driving and delayed my arrival almost 2 hours!!!! Roundabouts are tricky! Beckham patiently waited! He has the best raft with a table & umbrella! We ate, drank & got massages!!! Amazing ! Please tip they truly work above & beyond & deserve it!!!!

I have had dozens of ATV tours throughout the years...and in several countries. Sadly, this was the absolute worst I have EVER experienced! The ATV's themselves were in horrible condition. You will be taken to a local creek about 15 minutes away. A short explanation about an almond tree is given at that location. Upon return, I looked at the time to find the entire trip was 38 minutes. What a complete waste of time and money > Stay far away!

All of our ATVs were purchased brand new; however, over time, the rugged terrain and frequent use by our guests naturally took a toll on the equipment. Unfortunately, sourcing parts and replacements locally is challenging, and it can take up to two months or more to receive the necessary items. While we prioritize maintaining the safety and functionality of our equipment, we understand the importance of appearance and are working towards improving this as we grow. Regarding the tour length, the duration often depends on how quickly guests are comfortable operating the ATVs. As an experienced rider, your tour may have felt shorter compared to someone riding for the first time, as we tailor our pace to the abilities of each group. Typically, our tours last over an hour, but we apologize if this wasn’t the case during your visit. We truly regret that we didn’t deliver the exceptional experience we strive for and hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to make it right. We are constantly learning and growing, and we’re confident that with time, we’ll be able to provide top-class equipment and service to match. The instructors were really nice and our driver very friendly. The only reason they got 4 stars is because I am chicken and couldn't handle the ride as much.

Great guides, scenery and we liked the very rough terrain! The quads take a beating, and the overall experience requires better, more durable, sturdy and robust quads. The management and operations team do a great job!
