Great tour! I truly enjoyed Quebec City and Montmorency falls. Everything was on time and clear instructions.
Definitely much better than driving. Ride was comfortable. Guide was pleasant and helpful, but some difficulty with language barrier. Be aware that pricing of this trip is ride only. Created a lot of confusion for many passengers. Had to pay in CASH only on the bus for 1) entrance to Montmorency Falls, 2) cable ride to top off Falls, and 3) 360 degree overlook in Quebec. Would be smoother if paid ahead of time or credit/Cash App/venmo were used.
the meet up point is in downtown so it’s convinient for us to reach there. I like the Mormonrency falls and cable car as well as the Old Quebec! Our guide Lin gave many good tips we love her :)
Highly recommend this 13 hour day trip from Montreal to Montmorency Falks and Old Quebec City. Our driver was amazing, especially driving through tight spaces of old Quebec. The bus was comfortable with A/C. Our guide Jack was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He shared many interesting history during the ride as well as tours throughout. Jack was great at keeping the large group organized and moving along. We appreciated how attentive Jack was. The trip was worth every penny. Had a great time!! Merci beaucoup!!
Quebec City is one of the most beautiful Canadian cities and if you are in Montreal for a short trip this day tour is perfect! Jack was our tour guide and he was very helpful and accommodating. The stops give you enough time to enjoy and visit every location. Its totally worth it if you are on a tight schedule!
Could barely understand the guide Jack who has an extremely thick Chinese accent and awful English pronunciation. He kept highlighting his service charge even from the day before the trip. Inappropriate and makes for a high stress journey as you feel you're being swindled and pressured. For those who are not interested in the Falls and only want a shuttle service to get to Quebec city, be aware that though the tour states 'only pay for the activities you want' - Jack mentioned a mandatory $9 fee to their company for entering Montmorency Falls, so budget for that in cash. Overall creates an atmosphere of deceit, not enjoyable. Do not recommend this company unless they change their guides and their deceitful practices. Also they don't offer refunds for rescheduling or cancellations which is a red flag.
Our guide, Jack, was friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The schedule was smooth, and we had a nice time visiting Quebec City.
Very nice trip to Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. The guide Jacques did a very good job to explain the history of Quebec City and was very kind.
My experience was good with the tour guide of the company. Jack our tour guide was very patience and communicate well every step of the trip. As well thank you for the driver Joe. Who took us to our destination safely.
We booked super last minute (day prior) but all was perfect. The tour guide texted me that evening to confirm arrival time. Jack was amazing guide. Took beautiful pictures for our family . Great value . I feel like we saw a lot and got so much history and information from Jack. Can’t wait for next Adventure and Tour !(especially if Jack is guide)
