Made us feel like family. Both of our kids said it was the best excursion they have done. The staff were dancing and made us feel like the life of the party. Would 100% recommend. some might say Steven was the best

1★ (and that’s only because I can’t give less) Absolutely terrible experience. I had confirmation of booking the party boat and made it very clear—not once, not twice, but three times—that I wanted Spanish music (bachata, merengue, etc.) and specifically did not want hip hop. I even have text messages to prove this. Despite that, they still took my payment and put me on a hip hop boat. This was not what I paid for or agreed to. I ended up getting off as soon as possible because it was not the experience I wanted. To make matters worse, there was no real attempt to fix the situation. The female reservation agent was rude and even implied that I was being dishonest, despite my proof. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I booked the blue marine 3 years ago and had a ball! This time - I was so disappointed and I won’t be booking again. This was a hip-hop party boat that played about three songs at the beginning of the cruise and that was it…no more music - when we asked why they said there was something wrong with the speakers. We were also paid for a burger as part of a package - when we asked about the burger they said we have been looking for y’all. No one came looking for us to give us a burger. So we paid for a burger and didn’t get it. When we got to the sand bar we were able to get off the boat for about 10 minutes and they told us it’s time to leave and we went back to shore. We were back in sure about 530 so the whole experience lasted about 2 1/2 hours, but most of the time we spent getting everyone on the boat, going out to the snorkeling area, which which one we got there again no one asked us if we want to get off the snorkel. It was a terrible day.

The take off was a bit delayed but the staff aboard absolutely made up for the delay. We saw the dolphin show. We went to the coral reef where the staff gave such attentive care to our members on the trip making everyone feel so great about swimming in the ocean with the fish. It was so nice seeing all of the fish and coral reef. We then went into the waist deep water for a swim which was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for our excursion. It was a day to remember. Such a phenomenal time.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just wanted to today. I booked this experience for my boyfriend’s birthday and thought we were gonna have a blast. WE DIDNT. The desperation told us they would supply burgers and nachos for us for free. There were no burgers and the nachos were chips and cheese dip. The drinks were watery but they were free so I guess you get what you get. They also had bottle service as well $200 for a bottle of Don Julio. They had $60 plus tax hookah the tax was $5 .. why ?? Idk. They also had food to PURCHASE but we didn’t buy anything, a lot of different options but expensive. The DJ was terrible it seems like they were using YouTube because of the ads lol . There were a lot of people maybe we didn’t go with the right group they were boring. I honestly don’t recommend this for couples definitely if you’re in a bigger group than yes. Overall i probably won’t be this again I was soo happy to get off the boat.

I did not get to experience this excursion because the company cancelled at the last minute without contacting me. It wasn’t until I contacted them about my pick up time with they confirmed that morning at 10am. It wasn’t until 2:15pm when I called them that told informed me that the excursion was cancelled. I have yet to receive my full refund

I paid for a Party Boat operated by Blue Marlin and didn’t get picked up from my resort like I paid for. This was a Birthday gift to myself. Never again….

We had to walk in seaweed. There was 1 guy picking us up from a small boat no life jackets provided I fell getting on boat other passengers helped me. We were never offered the burgers that was in package. Once we got in van to go after 10 min driver told us to get on another van for our hotel. The original driver was supposed to bring us and pick us up.

The boat crew were exceptional. The only reason I gave a low score is because they ran out of ice, they served us warm drinks in the hot sun.
