While the cruise itself ended up being a wonderful experience, the logistics and customer service leading up to it were extremely disappointing. The catamaran crew was fantastic, the atmosphere was fun, and overall we had a lovely time once we actually got on the boat. The onboard photographer was also very talented and captured great memories for our family. However, less than 24 hours before the excursion — and conveniently after the cancellation deadline — the office staff informed us that we would need to pay an additional $200 for pickup transportation. This was despite the fact that I had confirmed our pickup location with the company three separate times over the course of two months. Even after providing proof of those confirmations, the staff seemed completely unfazed and unwilling to accommodate the situation. Unfortunately, because my family was already excited and committed to the experience, I felt like I had no choice but to pay the additional fee. A few additional things future guests should know: * You are not picked up directly from a dock. You must walk into the shoreline/water to board a smaller boat first, which then transports you to the catamaran. * Be cautious with photo pricing at the end of the excursion, as the photographer may significantly overcharge for the packages. * Our return driver drove extremely aggressively and recklessly, which honestly made for a very uncomfortable and frightening ride back to the hotel. Overall, the catamaran experience itself was enjoyable thanks to the crew, but the poor logistics, last-minute charges, and transportation issues significantly impacted what should have been a stress-free excursion.

The catamaran experience was great however, there were a few misleading statements and false advertising. The boat itself was clean and the staff was terrific. They had great, high energy but we did not have grilled food/BBQ on the boat. The food was already cooked and prepped and was not tasty at all. It was nachos with cheese, and a few shrimp skewers that looked uncooked. There were no premium drinks, there was rum but all local rum from DR which was not bad. Juices and mi era that you can get at your local grocery store. What you really get is just a private boat ride which was important to me and my family. We did have a fantastic time as we are a family fully of love and great energy. Overall, the experience was amazing because it was private and my family and I danced the entire time.

Bring swim suits as there is time to swim Also, there was a phonographer onboard, so be prepared for some fun poses and photo shoots…bring some cash to buy photos. They will ask for $10 per photo but you can potentially negotiate lower
