Booking was simply canceled. We drove to Pula specifically for this reason. Never again!
Very nice experience, great view of cliffs and the entrance to the Blue Grotto. Unfortunately, entry is not possible due to the government, but the view in the canyon makes up for it. A bit strenuous for the inexperienced. Definitely worth it.
Everything was great. Organization was perfect, Filip who guided us trough was very communivative. If you're inerested in this tour, I higly recommend.
Very interesting night kayak tour with polite, funny and professional guide Filip. I would reccomend it to everyone who likes adventures. Filip also made a lot of nice pictures of our group so we have nice memories of the tour. 10/10 experience.

Weeks in advance we had booked this activity. The morning of the activity I received a whatsapp with the message that the activity could not take place due to overbooking. They will probably have had individuals who booked directly with them and paid more. I read on several pages that this is not the first time this has happened. So I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, because you may be left very disappointed after much looking forward to the activity!

The issue was caused by a technical synchronization problem within the booking platform, which unfortunately resulted in an availability error. As soon as we became aware of it, we contacted you immediately, explained the situation, and offered an alternative date. We completely understand that the proposed date did not fit your travel plans, and we sincerely regret that. We always strive to be transparent and fair with all our guests, regardless of where they make their reservation. We enjoyed this very much! The guides were very good and helpful! Our kids, 11 and 14 years old, loved it!

Unfortunately, we could not take the tour because it was overbooked. A real shame. However, the staff who helped us with the cancellation were very nice. We had been offered a new appointment, but unfortunately it was no longer during our vacation time. A quick tip: Overbooking is fine at first (in case someone cancels), but not on this scale.
