A beautiful day filled with amazing scenery. The disappointing lunch experience kept this from a perfect score.
I just completed an incredible full-day tour of Osorno Volcano, Saltos del Petrohué, and Lago Todos los Santos. From the start, the easy booking process and excellent pre-tour organization put me completely at ease. Every logistical detail was handled seamlessly, allowing me to simply enjoy the breathtaking volcanic landscape. We began along the shores of Lago Llanquihue before entering the national park and stopping at Saltos del Petrohué. Here, the river’s sheer force is mesmerizing as it roars through narrow chutes of black crystalline lava rock, carved by centuries of flowing water. The emerald-green water, fed by melting Andean snow, creates a striking contrast against the dark volcanic stone. We then ascended the steep slopes of Volcán Osorno, stopping at the ski center at 1,200 meters. Standing near the eternal snowfields below the volcano’s white-capped summit, we enjoyed a sweeping panorama of the vast lake basin, Calbuco Volcano across the valley, and the distant Pacific Ocean. This company doesn’t just show you the sights—it takes care of you like family. Professional, organized, safe, and deeply passionate, they made the entire experience unforgettable. Do not hesitate to book with them.
Very nice tour and guide, Jenny. Yes would recommend. Need to do some walking. Beautiful park and scenery.
Our guide Alejandro was superb, his communication and knowledge made the trip seamless and memorable.
Initially, I expected the tour to be a bit more active, hikingwise. Even though it didn't turn out to be like that, I had a really good day, saw one majestic thing after the other!
The place is spectacular. I was unlucky, and you could not see the Osorno, because we were wrapped in clouds. But the Petrohue is dreamy.
The Chilean Lake District is very special - we saw sun, clouds, and rain in the same hour. We also saw the mountains, volcanoes and lakes. We stopped for lunch too. A great day. Thank you Alejandro!
Excellent tour with great guide and driver only issue is they ommit the extras 1. Cost to enter waterfall 7800 cost of lake cruise 6000 cost of lunch 20000 or 16000 cost of ski lift 33000. Lunch i got soup but they forgot 2 of us we got no more but at the ski lift stop for 90 mins there is another restaurant which was similar price less crowded good views and nice food.
The tour is very complete, the volcano is beautiful and the waterfalls are quite different in relation to the color of the water and the combination with the volcano gives an amazing landscape. What I didn't like was the lunch, restaurant very bad, by the way to eat well in Chile has to look a lot. I bought the package on TripAdvisor via the internet and it was much more expensive than buying in Puerto Varas. Let me buy there.
This is an excellent tour, three beautiful places and walks. We had a fantastic guide called Jenny. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the tour ended with going to a restaurant for lunch which was not mentioned in the itinerary and not included. I had taken my own lunch but felt obliged to eat in the restaurant
