Os especialistas dizem que este âmbar, conhecido por ser o mais transparente do mundo, é considerado semiprecioso. Formado a partir da seiva de árvores que endureceu ao longo de milhões de anos, capturando muitos fósseis de plantas e insetos. Teremos também uma parada na fábrica Rom, fábrica de charutos, Rua Sombrella, Rua Rosada ou Paseo de Doña Blanca, Rua Chichigua, Shopping, Surbenir, Centro Histórico, Fortaleza de San Felipe, Vista Panorâmica, Catedral, Restaurante e Praia, Teremos também mostraremos as áreas residenciais de lindas casas com vista panorâmica e para a praia e se você quiser ir a um restaurante para comer comida dominicana ou estrangeira automática também levaremos

Esta é uma ótima opção para visitantes de primeira viagem a Puerto Plata. Troque os ônibus turísticos barulhentos e lotados por uma experiência de passeio particular. Viaje entre locais dispersos em um veículo particular com ar-condicionado e aprenda sobre a história e a cultura de Puerto Plata. My tour guide, Rigo, was wonderful and very kind. He showed us a lot of Puerto Plata, including some wonderful views from the mountain and the downtown area. My son is learning Spanish and Rigo was so encouraging and sweet with him. He seemed to know everyone around the city, so it felt like we were being escorted by a celebrity. ☺️ We really felt the warm, welcoming, friendly spirit of the Dominican Republic with him. He also took some great photos/videos for us, which was so, so nice! My only complaint is that the cable car to the top of the mountain wasn't in service due to upgrades. It (obviously) wasn't his fault, but I wish the company had updated the activity description accordingly--especially because it sounds like it has been out of order for a while. If I could have done it over again, I'd joyfully book a tour with Rigo again... But I am disappointed that we didn't have this specific experience that we were really looking forward to.

Pretty impressive tour. Was only my wife and I with Melanie our driver/tour guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and several times asked what else we would like to see. It seemed like she knew everyone in town as we walked around town center. Great tour and great guide! It was only the 3 of us so a very personal tour

We booked a private tour and it was one of the best tours that we have ever been on! Rigo and Jose made sure that we saw every sight and we felt like celebrities touring the different places with them. I have a mobility cart (lightweight/compact) and they were attentive to how we could get to each place and loaded unloaded when needed. This was a fabulous tour and much less than what the cruise line offered but was private with only my wife and I. Highly recommend!

Rigo was great. His van was new and clean. It had great air conditioning and WiFi. He knew the city and had so many unique facts. It was a great excursion we stopped and took photos when we wanted and the planned stops were great. I would highly recommend Rigo and would definitely use him again should I be in the Dominican Republic again
