Para os passageiros do navio de cruzeiro, a nossa localização de recolha está localizada fora da entrada do Grand Turk Cruise Terminal Gate. Após a chegada, faça seu caminho em direção à estação de táxi e caminhe através do lote de embalagem do visitante que leva ao portão de segurança principal. Nossa equipe estará lá com uma placa com o nome dos principais viajantes. Was booked out and Richard did a great making sure we were taken care of for the day. Excellent service will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good value.
Steps outside the port. Efficient, friendly people. Super-convenient drop-off.
Very smooth experience from start to finish. Very short walk out of cruise port across parking lot to rental location. Golf cart was ready to go. Short briefing about the golf cart and Island. Then we were off to explore. No stress
This is the best excursion we have ever did. You will definitely get muddy. We had the best time. Highly recommend!
Process was fast, easy and we felt very safe. The instructor was us directions on how to use the cart as well as a map and tips/tricks to use. We were thankful he told us about purchasing carrots to feed the wild donkeys! It was definitely the highlight of our trip.
I usually give the benefit of the doubt to any sort of Business hoping that my experience was a one off, but today changed that for me forever!!! This company “PRJ Golf cart rentals in Grand Turks” found one of our groups Fanny pack attached to the golf cart as we were walking away and instead of collecting the belongings and stopping us, they took all the contents of the pack which included $1300 in cash and a pair of air pods and his sail and sign card which he needed to board back on the ship. We literally walked around the corner when our realized he forgot it (no more than 6-7 minutes) he went back and it was gone and claimed it wasn’t there?? However he was able to track the AirPods to this very location we returned the golf cart at and this is where the blatant lie began saying they didn’t have it nor have they seen it. Police were involved and as every small island do, they basically took the word of the employees and wrote it off. Mysteriously as our cruise ship pulled out of port the AirPods once again started pinging and guess where they started moving from? Yep you guessed it PRJ Golf card rental. Steer clear of this shady place at all cost if you can help it!!!!!

When you reported the fanny pack missing, our team immediately searched all 5 carts and the surrounding area. We also cooperated fully with local police on site. Unfortunately, nothing was found. Our pickup/drop-off location is in a public area just outside the cruise port that is shared with other golf cart rental companies and has heavy foot traffic daily. Because anyone passing through can access the area, we always advise all guests not to leave valuables unattended in the carts. In 2 years of operation, we have never had a confirmed theft involving our staff. We’ve actually had many guests forget items in the carts, and when they returned or called, we were able to return those items to them. We hope we can rebuild your trust.
The day started fine - picked up our 5 golf carts we rented. That’s right, FIVE! We spent nearly $1000 with these people to support their business based on reviews and ratings. Fast forward, we spent the day traveling all over the island having a great time. We came back to return the carts. Richard gave great service, asked for stellar reviews, etc. We agreed to give a great review, because we didn’t have any trouble. My husband had a fanny pack clipped to the cart with $1,300, air pods and his sail & sign card that he left behind for 8-10 minutes. Once he realized, he immediately returned to grab it, but what do you know? “We haven’t seen it.” We tracked his AirPods to the rental spot, police got involved, etc. The whole situation was incredibly sketchy with this company and the police. Shocker, the AirPods are on the move now so we know someone AT that lot took his stuff and remains on Grand Turk. So, rent from them at your own risk. Your cart will work, but don’t leave ANYTHING unattended, because they will snatch it as soon as they see the opportunity.

Very easy- convenient , pleasant and would do it again. The transactions getting and returning the golf cart was simple.
Easy to locate with a short walk from the pier through the parking lot. Friendly and provided maps, directions and availability if needed throughout the day. Golf cart was easy to use and well maintained.
Great to work with. It's a little walk to find them but everyone was helpful. Leave the cruise terminal head to the left. Follow the white picket fence to a sidewalk. That'll put you right there to pick up the golf cart. Affordable and fun way to get away from the crowds. Friendly staff.
