I initially got rebooked and imagine that it was sad that I missed a day in traveling to Bali. But Bali Sun Tours was very accommodating with my requests. They really communicate well with their guest. They handle situations calmly and professionally. During my tour, Pong, my assigned guide and driver, was amazing! He made it simple but meaningful for me. Each part of my tour complements the other. From the excitement, the meal and relaxation - I noticed how great was curated.

I had a great experience with our Bali driver Pak Gun. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area. He gave helpful recommendations for food and attractions. The car was clean and comfortable, and he drove safely throughout the trip (good temper). Communication was smooth, and he was flexible with our schedule, making the whole journey stress-free. It was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were fantastic, and I had a great time. Also, the tour was perfectly planned, which was excellent. The driver was always courteous, the conversation was enjoyable, and he shared useful tips for getting around to various places.
