We had a great experience. While so many others were waiting around for their rides, ours was waiting for us. Our original driver was going to be late picking us up the morning we debarked, but the company quickly & seamlessly replaced him with another driver.
When arranging car service from Ft Lauderdale cruise port to airport, this car service was flexible to change pick up time should your arrival changes.
I used VIP for transfers from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and back and to the cruise port in Miami. I found them to be punctual, courteous, accommodating and flexible. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I’m in Florida.
I used this service 3x last week; airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to airport… each time the drivers were timely and friendly, and the vehicles were clean. Great service, no complaints!!
Great communication. The vehicle was clean and looked well taken care of. The driver- Andre, was prompt and professional. My family of six preferred using this service to other ride-share companies to ensure we ACTUALLY had enough room.
Good communication with driver.
Our flight was delayed on the tarmac for nearly 50 minutes because the gates were full and planes couldn’t depart due to weather. Once we finally deplaned, we waited another 50 minutes for our luggage. Despite all of this, our driver waited patiently the entire time. He was professional, courteous, and understanding after a very long travel day. We were extremely happy with the service and truly appreciated the patience. Highly recommend!
