This booking was extremely misleading and disappointing. The service description stated that the ride would be in a Mercedes vehicle and include complimentary water, presenting itself as a luxury experience. Based on that description—and the €140 price—I expected a premium chauffeur service. Instead, the vehicle that arrived was an old, dirty Toyota Prius, with no luxury features and no complimentary water. The experience was no different from a basic rideshare and fell far short of what was advertised. Had the vehicle and service been accurately described, I would not have booked this option at this price. The issue is not preference—it’s that the service delivered did not match what was sold. I would strongly recommend clearer, honest descriptions so customers know what they are actually paying for.

The vehicle used resulted from a last-minute unforeseen issue affecting the driver's assigned vehicle. To avoid cancelling your transfer, a temporary replacement vehicle was used. Please note that this type of vehicle is not part of our fleet standards and is not normally used, even for our economy services. Our driver Naseem was excellent! He was waiting for us in airport, on time, the car was clean and pleasant. Naseem was very polite and made all efforts to get us to our destination, even though the entrance to our apartment was tricky.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, even though our plane landed an hour later than scheduled. The driver then carried my wife's luggage to the vehicle so she did not have to, which was a nice touch. I also appreciate him putting both of our luggage into the back of his vehicle for us. We were tired after a long day, and something as simple as him picking up the luggage so we did not have to was greatly appreciated.

About 20 hours ahead of our scheduled arrival at CDG airport, our flight plans changed. I contacted the vendor through Viator’s website to alert the vendor. The reply I received said they could not accommodate our delayed arrival (5 hours later on the same day). The vendor also refused to refund the fee I had prepaid. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. (All this happened unexpectedly inside the “24 hour” non-refundable period. Still, our arrival was only delayed by 5 hours and the vendor had about 18 hours to arrange for a driver to meet my wife and me at CDG airport.)
Hello Ted, We understand your frustration, but please note that your booking underwent several last-minute changes. Initially, the pickup was scheduled for 8:30 PM, then changed to 8:05 AM, and we adjusted with the driver accordingly. Later, another change was made the night before the transfer, at 11:36 PM, indicating a new flight arrival at 1:40 PM. Unfortunately, we saw this message the next morning, when the driver was already at the meeting point at the originally confirmed time. All service conditions were respected on our side, and the situation was caused by multiple flight schedule changes beyond our control. We kindly suggest contacting the airline for compensation regarding the delay. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards
