The extreme heat and power outages are circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather or the electricity supply of an entire town. We understand that temperatures of around 104°F can be challenging, especially for older travelers, and we always encourage our guests to communicate their needs and limitations so that we can adapt the experience whenever possible. We are especially disappointed by the way our guide has been portrayed. He is an experienced and professional guide who takes his responsibilities seriously. It is unfair to suggest that he simply ignored the well-being of the group.
