Very beautiful place related god
What a long day! But I felt I saw and experienced things my other tours won't include. I visited in late June, and it was easily pushing 100F, with some sprinkles in the afternoon. I was the only non-Indian tourist all day...It's about 4 hours to Haridwar (stopped along the way for breakfast) where we picked up the guide and continued driving to Rishikesh. There we saw people bathing in the Ganges, walked through the streets, visited holy temple sights, walked across both bridges, stopped for some AC and iced coffee, walked to the Beatles Ashram (by my request), then back over the 2nd bridge. Then we drove back to Haridwar to see hundreds if not thousands of Indian bathing in the holy waters. Then drove home, stopping for dinner on the way. We started at 6 am and I got home at 10:30 pm. My driver was very safe and my guide was informative, making sure to give me time to walk slower with a sore foot.
Though we had a long tour including Corbett safari to Kausani to Nainital, we very much enjoyed one-day trip to Rishikesh and Haridwar ropeway riding. We also saw Har ki Pouri Ganga arti at Haridwar. Ms. Pooja made liaison with us. She is very cooperative, always responding to titbits of our needs. I am an aged physician and my wife is a retired school teacher. Ms. Pooja was always virtually with us to provide us a hassle free tour. I must also mention about our driver Sharma Ji who was very caring and dutiful.
We had a wonderful tour of Haridwar and Rishikesh and can’t recommend it highly enough. Our driver was fantastic — incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful throughout the day. He shared a lot of history while driving, checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and was always happy to stop whenever we asked. He even recommended a great restaurant along the way. Despite starting very early in the morning and finishing late at night — and dealing with some less-than-ideal weather — he maintained a consistently positive attitude that really set the tone for the day. Our tour guide was equally excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were able to see everything we hoped to see. He shared fascinating background on the region, especially its importance in Hinduism, which added so much depth and meaning to the experience. His explanations were clear, engaging, and never rushed. Overall, this was a smooth, well-organized, and enriching experience with a team that truly cared about making the day special. We’re very glad we chose this tour and would absolutely recommend it to others.
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback 🙏
Excellent attention from Mr. Sharma the driver and Chandresh the guide. Very dedicated. Getting to these places takes at least 4 hours so I recommend starting as early. There's a lot to see and the day goes fast. If there is time it is advisable to spend 2 days
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
Best tour operator with amazing services. Amazing driver with great navigating skills and great guide with highly knowledge. Overall best experience and perfect day spent.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
Exclusion essential and recommended! We score a 10 for both driver and guide. The driver was very attentive and the guide gave us many explanations and tips.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
Our trip to Rishikesh and Haridwar was absolutely brilliant—one of the most spiritual and memorable experiences of my life. From start to finish, our tour guide, Chandresh, was exceptional, providing deep insights into every site we visited, making the journey even more meaningful. One of the most special moments was participating in the Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing and sacred ceremony on the banks of the Ganges. Watching the lamps float down the river while hearing the rhythmic chants was truly magical. We also had the opportunity to take a dip in the holy river, which was both refreshing and deeply symbolic. If you’re considering visiting Rishikesh and Haridwar, I cannot recommend it enough. It’s a must-do for anyone seeking a meaningful and transformative experience.
Thank you fro your valuable feedback.
Thanks for operating the amazing group and making this tour wonderful. Best and amazing guide services. The driver was superb and great human. Overall 5 out of 5 rating for making this special arrangements.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
The driver was excellent. It took us 4-5 hours to get there. We picked up the tour guide and walked around a little and had lunch. The tour guide seemed to lecture us vs giving us a tour. The ceremony was the most interesting part. After it was over, we drove 4 hours home. It was a very long day, not sure what we saw justified 9 hours in the car.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. The Dehradun Expressway is about to open very soon. After that it will hardly take 2-3 hours to reach Haridwar and Rishikesh from New Delhi. We regret for the inconvenience on behalf of Indian Govt. Thank you! Regards Team TF Holidays
