Às 5 ou 6 da manhã, o seu motorista irá levá-lo e dirigir-se para Haridwar, que é cerca de 5 horas de carro. Sua primeira parada será Har ki Pauri. Acreditado como um dos Ghats mais sagrados do país, Har Ki Pauri é supostamente o primeiro lugar onde Ganga toca planícies, deixando para trás as extensões inesgotáveis do Himalaia. O ghat também é conhecido como o Brahma Kund onde você pode ver a pedra que tem uma marca do pé do Senhor Vishnu, como apontado pelo nome. Você também vai explorar duas pontes em Rishikesh. O primeiro é Lakshman Jhula, a popular ponte pendurada que atravessa o rio sagrado Ganges. Esta Jhula de 450 pés de comprimento é construída a uma altura de 70 pés do rio e está a cerca de 3 km da cidade principal de Rishikesh. A outra ponte é Ram Jhula que é a ponte de ferro Parallax no rio Ganges em Rishikesh. Ram Jhula é a ponte mais nova, chamada em homenagem ao irmão de Lakshman, Lord Ram.
Você pode desfrutar de almoço em um restaurante local (a seu próprio custo) antes de visitar Sivananda Ashram, Parmath Niketan Temple, Gita Bhavan, Swarg Ashram, Ma Anandamayee Ashram, Sapt Rishi Ashram e The Beatles Ashram. Na noite durante o pôr do sol, você visitará Ganga Aarti em Haridwar. Milhares de seitas visitam os ghats do Ganga em Har ki Pauri em Haridwar para testemunhar o aarti que começou há várias décadas. Ajay was a great tour guide. He took us to some beautiful places including a beach with sparkling sand! It’s also not every day you’re on a beach and there’s a cow laying in the sand soaking up the sun.

I took part in a fantastic tour in Haridwar and Rishikesh, the sacred sites of the Ganges River, which had a particularly positive effect on me. I was able to discover the sights of both towns with the help of the excellent guide Ajay. It was an excellent program, I can only recommend it to everyone!

Our day trip to haridwar and rishikesh was incredible! This was an unmissable experience in India. What made it even better was our tour guide, Ajay. Ajay is a wonderful guide! He answered all my many questions with good humor and lots of information. The scenery is amazing and the many temples and religions were lovely to see and learn about. It was a great day, well worth the drive. Highly recommended!!

This tour is wonderful and the organization was perfect. We had a little glitch at first, but the organizer did well to meet our request. The day is long, but rich in beautiful scenery and moments.

An interesting tour, but a long drive (4 hours each way from/back to Delhi). Visited the various Ghats and Ashrams which were included on the tour, and also a Hindu temple (Glass Temple) which was unlike any other I have visited. I felt the tour could have been shortened as there was quite a time gap between the earlier visits and the start of the evening Aarti ceremony. Pickup arrangements were all fine and good driver and guide.

An excellent one day journey , either in culture or in religion. The driver is very good 👍. The guide was good as well except a little in a hurry .
