A great day.!I now have a new understanding of Dali and his influence and talent. Seeing his house was a real eye opener and privllege Our gude Anatoli was terrific !
Tour guide was awesome! He had the perfect plan for the day and was informative as well as friendly and engaging. His knowledge of Dali and Girona was fascinating.
We had SUCH a great time and learned so much. Our tour guide, Arnau, was amazing. He gave us Dalí’s entire biography on the train ride to Figueres and showed us the highlights at the museum, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable and enlightening. Then, he guided us around Besalú and Girona with ease. It was the perfect balance of guided time and free time. Highly recommend ratafia and coques in Besalú and xuixo in Girona. Arnau was so knowledgeable and engaging. I’ve spent some time in Spain and feel pretty capable navigating around myself, but I feel this tour genuinely was the best way to see these towns and to learn about these sites. If you’re looking for an easy but enlightening trip, choose this tour!
very interesting museum, our guide, Arnau, was fastastic. He knew a lot about Dali and his life, as well as the art and history of the museum.
Unique art museum, tremendous views, great history, nice towns, beautiful nature, you can’t ask for more. It makes you feel like you’re entering a fantasy world.
The tour showed tremendous medieval towns that make you feel that your in a fantasy movie and the tour guide was awesome and had a great knowledge about the history of those towns
Marco was very knowledgeable and so much fun to spend the day with! Highly recommend this tour. Very well organized and fast trains were a pleasure.
Dali was nice. Transportation going home is not comfortable. Our ticket shows fast train going back but ended with a van which is very uncomfortable, AC not enough it was too hot inside the car. No complaints about our guide Matthew, he’s nice and very patient to us.
1. The tour guide "Roger" was a very nice person, helpful and pleasing. He did everything to make the tour experience nice. 2. The tour description didn't even mention that it is a walking tour, no disclaimer or even the remote mentioning that it would need to walk for almost 3-4 hours ....almost 8-9km. This is fine by me, but people having problems......cannot foresee /stop ..no way 3. Dali museum is just entry, no explanation of the wonderful art forms...which many a tour operator had included. Just to leave everything on imagination without any explanation is waste of an art visit. 4. Train reservation with four seats at different location for the family....even if the tour was booked in advance...this was a not at all a good experience. This was opinion of the many a people on the tour. 20 mins walk from the museum to train station in hot weather.......for catching a train.......not worth.....
I signed up for this experience during our family trip to Barcelona and I can say that it was the highlight of our trip! Our guide Marco was knowledgeable and very accommodating . He knew all the best places for photo ops, landmarks , and restaurants . He share an insider’s perspective that made our experience wonderful and memorable . I highly recommend this tour. I feel that we got a great deal for our money .
