Private Customizable Niagara Winery Tour de Cataratas do Niágara, NY

Our driver for the day, Ron, was amazing! He was very professional & informative, and he cared about making the day special for my wife & me. The winery tour was certainly fun; Ron made the day’s events memorable for us. Highly recommend the winery tour & definitely suggest Ron as the driver!

Steve took his time with scheduling our tour and made a few changes to meet our requests. Bill was a fantastic guide. He went above and beyond what we anticipated! He was very professional and courteous and attentive. And a great driver!

To begin with there was excellent and timely communication with Steve H who organized the tour. Our tour guide was Harold and he arrived promptly at our hotel to pick us up in a very clean van with iced water and goodies and snacks in each a nice tote bag. Harold is the type of guy you can't help but like. Very friendly and accomodating to us. We visited 4-5 wineries and one brewery. At each winery we were assigned a personal guide who took us through the things that set them apart and explained each wine tasting to us. Everyone was an enjoyable experience and the hosts made us feel like we were the only ones there. Our driver Harold is a photograph who captured our experience in wonderful pictures and we received them via emailed link complimentary. This is a great touch. Didn't have to worry about taking photos, only drinking wine! To illustrate the customer service commitment, we unknowingly left a bottle of wine we had purchased in the vehicle. After noticing this I called Harold on his cell to inform him of it hoping there might be someway we could get that bottle. He searched the van, found the bottle and drove 20 minutes out of his way to bring it to us! That is the kind of service that sets them apart. I highly recommend this Wheelz Private Tour. You won't be disappointed.

Best decision we could’ve made was to book this wine tour. It was such a pleasure working with Steve and our driver Bernie! This trip was part of honeymoon. My now husband and I were picked up by Bernie. I gave a little bit of insight of what types of wines we liked prior to Steve and they planned the rest. Bernie was knowledgeable about the history of the area. He walked us into each winery and gave us little tidbits about each one. He took pictures of us throughout the day. It was such an amazing day! Only regret was not getting a pic w/Bernie :). Def book your next trip with wheelz/Viator! It was perfect.

driver showed us all the locations of historic Niagra Falls, NY. He took us to several popular attractions. He kept us organized. He purchased all the tickets for the attractions to keep us from long, slow lines. As with a flock of geese he took the lead position and kept all of us together . He was very knowledgeable and provided an entire group with 5 hours en tertaiment. His name is Brian White and he calls his group Brian's brigade. I hope he knows his services are valuable. Excellent tour guide very informative friendly and made sure to give us tips on where exactly to go to get the best views. He even gave us recommendations for dinner the Anchor was excellent great wings and the Silo was good with excellent views of the water on our way to the Erie Canal the next day
