Private - Culloden, Clava Cairns Day Tour saindo de Edimburgo

I’d never been on a tour before anywhere in the world- this was my first and it’s unfortunate because the bar was set too high… I haven’t been able to enjoy any other tour since. Steve took his time teaching me so many things and my favorite part was how he almost became like a friend to me that I felt very looked after, it felt like I had a family member showing me around- which made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. This tour and every part of its experience made me grow an attachment to Scotland in a sense and I’m already reminiscing on my time and that day there. It was beautiful and I’d recommend this tour to anyone a thousand times over.

We had a great time. He took us to a highlands village from the time period to see what it was like living back during that time. We got time to walk the battlefield and see what it must have been like to be on that field in 1746. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us informed through the whole day.

We had an amazing Outlander tour . It was a private tour picked us up at 930 am right on time . We explored all the wonderful Outlander sites our favorite was Midhope Castle (lallybroch). The best tour ever

My husband and I went on this tour in April 2024 and it was amazing! Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable he answered any questions we had and was very interactive. He found out we were Outlander fans and was very knowledgeable about that subject too! We also stopped at the Highland Folk Museum which I didn’t realize was part of the tour or that Outlander was filmed there. It was an awesome addition! We highly recommend this tour and Steve you won’t be disappointed!

Trip to Culloden was with EFGOAHEAD tours. Tour director allowed interested parties to go to Culloden Battlefield and take the tour, in addition to spending a few free hours there. The battlefield guide was great, she covered the history and remaining landmarks. During my free time as i walked around a very strange feeling came over me, the same feeling i had when i visited the Gettysburg Battlefield. It is a place to remember the past, those who died for their causes, and to look to the future with peaceful intentions.

Fablous trip, the tour guide was fantastic and helpful !!!! We all enjoyed the trip and Would definitely recommend !!!

Traveling with Steve was a true pleasure. He is knowledgeable and provided insights that we never would have known had we not taken the Culloden, Clava Cairns tour with him. It was incredible and I'd recommend it to anyone.

What a joy Cam is! Knowledgeable - Fun - a great singer and he is so passionate about his Country. We went for 2 days a couple of years ago and are planning to revisit with my husband in May taking two more tours and again with the 'adventure girls' in July/August. Cant wait!

We did both the Culloden Tour and the Outlander Share-a-Tour, and both tour guides were knowledgeable about their topic. It was nice to be in a small group tour rather than a large bus, but I would say it is not worth the money where they are cheaper tours that provide the same locations.
