A great way to see Ubud! Arlan is a fabulous guide and driver with excellent local knowledge. We feel like we got to know the real Bali sights and culture. Arlan helped us plan our itinerary - waterfall, rice terraces, coffee plantation (and great coffee tasting!), ancient temple, as well as some great art. He also chose a great place for us to have lunch and refreshments overlooking the jungle. Our pick up and drop off was Nusa Dua. Highly recommended - 5 stars.
It has been a very satisfying experience to have Arlan by my side as a tourist guide. He put me at ease with his responsible, mindful and honest approach. I learned a lot from his insights about historical and cultural significance of the places he took me. I particularly liked the way he explained about the Bsli culture and the sources of their humility and good nature. I booked a Bali day tour for 24 March 2026 with my family. When the day arrived, this operator failed to turn up. In the end, his friend phoned to say he was in a village and couldn't come. Luckily Viator provided a refund in the end but the damage had already been done. Please avoid him. A disappointed customer

My wife and I booked this tour with Viator. Arlan was our tour guide and was incredible from start to finish. He accommodated our custom schedule/times, made really helpful food recommendations, and took a ton of insta-quality photos/videos for us.
