Kostas was a great and driver and friendly guy, and it was a very pleasant ride from the airport to our hotel in Athens.
Driver was on time. Car was very clean and large enough for our luggage. The communication before the pickup was efficient and clear. He drove safely and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. We even changed the pickup time to an earlier time the day before our scheduled pickup, no issues from the car service on this change. Very easy and reliable!
We had a wonderful experience with our drivers, hotel 507, and our Virgin Cruise.. Only wish we could have stayed longer to see more .

Highly disappointed with this experience. The listing stated transportation would be in a private premium minivan, but a standard taxi arrived that could not properly accommodate our luggage. We had provided luggage details well in advance for three passengers, yet a significant upcharge was attempted the night before our scheduled pickup, despite the original listing indicating transportation would be provided in a premium minivan. On the day of pickup at the port, our luggage was packed tightly into the standard taxi, and one piece of luggage was severely damaged during unloading by the driver and rendered unusable. While the provider later offered a minivan for our following transfer at no additional charge, that was the transportation arrangement we had originally booked. Overall, the service did not match what was advertised. Based on this experience, I would encourage travelers to carefully confirm vehicle details before booking and again before pickup with this provider.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. According to the reservation details, the booking was made for a standard taxi service for 3 passengers and 4 luggage. During our communication prior to the transfer, you clarified that the luggage consisted of 4 large suitcases, 1 carry-on suitcase, and 3 backpacks. Based on our experience, and out of concern that all passengers and luggage might not fit comfortably in a standard taxi vehicle, I contacted you before the transfer and suggested an upgrade to a minivan service at a small additional cost in order to provide a more comfortable experience. However, as the upgrade was declined, I informed you that we would arrange one of the largest taxi vehicles available in Athens in order to accommodate your transfer as best as possible. Unfortunately, during the unloading process, damage occurred to one of your suitcases. I would like to assure you that there was absolutely no intention or negligence on the driver’s part. The driver genuinely tried to assist and accommodate your transfer under the circumstances and based on the booked service. As soon as we were informed about the incident, I personally contacted you immediately to express our sincere apologies and to find the best possible solution. Understanding the inconvenience caused, we offered to upgrade your following scheduled transfer — originally booked as a taxi service — to a private minivan at no additional charge. This was truly an isolated incident, and we believe we responded immediately and professionally in order to support you and resolve the matter in the best possible way. The driver was on time, provided exceptional service, and loaded our luggage. The minivan provided had the space for our luggage, and the driver was very polite and professional. Plus, he knew how to avoid early morning rush hour traffic to get up to the airport without delays. This is how transfers should be done. Highly recommend.
