We arranged to be picked up from the cruise ship port and dropped at our hotel in Athens. They were in constant communication with me through What’s app, to confirm time, date and location up until arrival.

Awesome experience. Taxi waited and followed flight arrival because there were delays. But they were right there at pickup. Also used their services for city tour and outside of Athens. Saw the changing of guards and where the first Olympics were held. Driver found us a perfect place for dinner on the water. Fish was delicious. Greek salad outstanding with garlic bread. Great service. And no wait time

This transfer was outstanding. I booked it the night before and they were still on point and on time when I arrived at the airport. Picked us up right at the door and provided us water and a safe private trip to our hotel in Athens. Would definitely recommend.

The experience was very good. I used in and out transfers in Athens. Cars were brand new and very clean, drivers were very polite and friendly, they were a few minutes in advance, carried the bags, etc etc. All went very smoothly.

I booked my airport transfer through hotel 507 Athens where I was staying. I'm not usually organised enough to think of this but as I was arriving later in the evening I thought it would be less stressful. I am so very, very glad that I did! Not only was this a seamless, straightforward process which took away this stressful aspect of travelling but it was conducted with professionalism, care and a great deal of pride in exceptional service. Dimitris and Maria communicated with me on WhatsApp reassuring me that they would be waiting and giving clear instruction on the pick-up point. Maria greeted me with a handshake - an early sign that this was a service conducted by people who care about the customer. As complications with my work trip unfolded, it turned out that I needed Maria's taxi service again and not just for the airport transfer. She cleared her diary and supported me to find a solution to the issue. She showed extraordinary patience and kindness which have stayed with me long after my brief stay in Athens. Maria's partner Dimitris took me back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was done with ease, with a focus on ensuring it worked well for me. Don't hesitate to use this transfer service. If you're lucky enough to meet Dimitris and/or Maria you're in the safest of hands and their loveliness will add considerably to your Athens experience.

Athens pickup provides good service. Every time we ordered a taxi, the car arrived on time and exactly at the place we agreed. The rides were comfortable, the drivers were friendly and polite.

We had arranged for a port pickup after a cruise for 8 people with full luggage. We had confirmed all details, where the pickup would be and how much luggage and people. On the pickup day there wasn’t anybody to meet us so we had to do some searching to find them (even though all other transfers were already waiting for passengers with name cards). When we got to the van it was obvious immediately that there was not enough space for 8 people plus all the luggage we had confirmed we’d have. After some Tetris that we had to do ourselves and then squeezing everyone in along with the remaining luggage on laps we made our way to the hotel. The plus side was that our driver was great and a wealth of information so that’s why I’d give the is 3 stars. Without that I’d have been hard pressed for this transfer to be any higher. Communication was great before, the driver was fantastic but the miscue on the space and the trouble in meeting really tarnished the overall experience.
