It was my first experience visiting El Salvador, and it was a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable during my trip and visited several very interesting places. The people were very friendly.

Vitelio was very friendly and attentive. He was waiting readily for us at the airport. Our hotel was in the historic center and he made sure to help us to the reception with our luggage. Definitely recommend this transport service.

Driver was great, safe, courteous. I had confusion over meeting place but airport staff assisted me! Comfortable van!

I actually am getting sick of using Viator. This is my second time requesting airport pickup or transportation service through them, only for the tour operators to never show and then when I request a refund Viator can never give me my money back despite not being able to utilize the service paid for. Now I’m escalating the refund request through my bank because Viator refused. I would just bypass this El Salvador taxi service, as they stopped communicating with me the day of my pickup. I waited at the airport for almost 2 hours for them. No one was out there holding a sign with my name and when I called, I never got ahold of anyone. I had to get a Viator operator on the phone(which was another waste of time). I ended up paying for an Uber to get to my hotel. Avoid this company and Viator too, because if something goes wrong, Viator will NOT provide further assistance. They will only revert you right back to the tour operator. Both vendors are trash.

Very good service, the transfer was fast and safe anc the driver took care to arrive at the destination, even though Google maps I had was a bit confusing.

My driver was Omar and his service was excellent. He was actually my driver for my arrival and departure transfers, and the santa ana tour. He was always on time, his driving was very smooth, service was excellent, and the restaurant he brought us to was delicious as well! He is also a very kind person. I originally asked for a 4:30am pick up, and he might have thought it was 4am instead (and i guess my limited Spanish didnt get through), so he actually had to wait for 30m. I apologized and felt bad about it, but he kept saying, “no problem,” and didnt get mad at all. Very kind and flexible.

We were very late due to the plane being delayed, but our driver Vitelio waited much longer than we expected possible, and kept in contact with us to keep us posted on where he was. He was very friendly and welcoming.

I booked the Private Arrival Transfer service from the SAL to The Metrocentro Intercontinental Hotel, for July 23rd. We booked our service via the Travelocity app. When I arrived with my sister and friend, we called Salvadorean Tours, because we did not see our Car, nor the man holding up the sign with my name on it. We waited for over 30 minutes. We called them back and they stated that they did not have a car available for us, but they could arrange for us to take a taxi. I asked them if they would pay for the taxi, and they declined, stating that they did not receive money from us. This was a lie, because my credit card was already charged $90. A STRANGER, who overheard the conversation and saw three ladies in despair, helped us to arrange for a taxi, because we did not speak Spanish. This was about 9:30 - 10:00 pm. Salvadorean Tours left us STRANDED at the airport. When we contacted Travelocity the very next day to explain what happened and to cancel the return trip. We were promised a refund. After a month of contacting Travelocity to confirm the refund, we were told that Salvadorean Tours would ONLY honor their terms of No Cancellations. That is NOT what the terms state. The terms state: No cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. WE DID NOT CANCEL OUR BOOKING. WE WERE NOT PICKED UP!!!! Salvadorean Tours did not honor their contract and did not refund us warranted refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You've been warned.
