Fantastic trip. We actually went twice. Beth and matt took us to 2 different parts of the island. We would definitely rebook next year

Matt was a wonderful guide. He had great knowledge regarding the sea creatures we came across. I appreciated that the boat had covering so we weren’t in the sun the whole time. The snorkeling was only so so but that’s nothing against the tour - we just only saw simple small fish while we snorkeled.

We got to see so many amazing things on the island. Sand dollars, dolphins, driftwood, and lots of beautiful scenery both from the boat and from snorkeling. The kids loved the paddle board and play mat too. Great adventure for all ages!

Highly recommend! We had a great time despite the stormy weather. Our guide was great letting the toddlers jump off the boat. We got to hunt for sand dollars, stop at beercan island, paddleboard, snorkel and float on a mat. 10/10

Beth took us out and it was fantastic! It was a group of 6 adults, all couples. She asked what we were interested in seeing and we went from there. She told us the history of the fishing village and even suggested a couple of great local restaurants! From there we popped over to enjoy watching a dolphin swimming and playing. She then took us over to snorkel and hunt for shells. We found lots of beautiful sealife, including sand dollars that were alive, a huge conch shell with the conch in it amongst lots of other shells. We then went over to beer can island and holy holy, it was stunning! After that we went over to check out some beautiful homes on Longboat Key from the water. It was an awesome trip where we made lots of memories. If you are looking for a charter to take you out, I would highly recommend Island Time Boat Tours!

I scheduled the trip to give my elderly mother and niece with mobility issues an easier way of seeing the water and getting to the beach. A few days after arriving in Florida I was concerned that it might be to much for them as they were struggling in the heat and with the walking on the island. I called in last minute with my concerns and the owner was very accommodating and explained the accessibility of the boat and stoping locations and was very upfront that with the 3 hr trip booked we would really need to stop somewhere to get our money’s worth as just boating around for 3 hours would not be that exciting or consider shorting the trip. We ended up sticking with the trip as booked. My mother who walks with a cane was able to get on the boat very easily and although she chose to stay on the boat for both stops I think she could have gotten on and off fine and my niece had no problems. The boat was comfortable and surprisingly cool under the overhang considering the temperature outside. We saw some dolphins, explored a beach and spent some time in the ocean on a sandbar. All very low key which was what my party needed. Captain Beth checked in often to see how we were enjoying the trip and providing options us on how to spend our time on the water. A lovely trip and my mom and niece were very happy we went. A major plus was captain Beth as my party was much more comfortable with a woman captain. 👩‍✈️

This was my third time booking with Captain Beth and Island Time Boat Tours. We love being on the water with this company. We saw dolphin (including babies), a manatee, and many birds. We walked on the shore and could explore underwater for wildlife. Two hours was too short. Captain Beth is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our captain was wonderful and very accommodating when we arrived early and allowed us to board well before our charter was scheduled to begin. She also ensured that we found dolphins, as this was what my daughter wanted to see the most. We definitely recommend!

We had the best day with Captain Mike! He was so easy-going and fun with the kids. Took us to amazing spots and we all got to see dolphins, starfish, giant welks, crabs, and even a baby octopus! He was so knowledgeable about the islands and all the marine life. It was the highlight of our vacation! We will definitely book again and recommend to friends and family!
