XIN was a great and experienced guide. She knew when our kids were tired and ready to move to the next stop and was great on a few adjustments we requested.

Snow was outstanding to me. I was so happy how she treated me. She deserves to be employee of the month. Our driver Mr qi is also good. I highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Shanghai with Jane, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better guide. From the moment we met her, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to show us her city. It felt like spending the day with a knowledgeable local friend rather than being on a tour. Jane customized the day perfectly and made sure we got to experience both the iconic sights and the unique character of Shanghai. Walking along The Bund while she shared stories about the city's fascinating history and impressive skyline gave us a whole new appreciation for how Shanghai has evolved over the years. Visiting Yu Garden was another highlight, and Jane explained the history and symbolism behind the beautiful architecture and gardens in a way that made it so much more meaningful. We also loved wandering through the French Concession, where Jane pointed out hidden gems, historic buildings, and charming streets we never would have discovered on our own. The visit to Shanghai Tower was the perfect way to finish the day—the views were absolutely breathtaking, and Jane made sure we knew exactly what we were looking at as we admired the city from above. What really made the tour special was Jane herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, funny, and happy to answer every question we had. She paced the day perfectly, never making us feel rushed, and she even gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, and places to explore after the tour. Every recommendation was excellent! This was one of the best tours we've ever done and easily one of the highlights of our trip to China. If you're visiting Shanghai, this tour is an absolute must. And if you're lucky enough to have Jane as your guide, you're in for an unforgettable day. Thank you, Jane, for helping us fall in love with Shanghai—we'll be talking about this experience for years to come!

Snow was brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had an amazing time on this tour looking at the new and old aspects of Shanghai. The tour involve the Yu gardens which was a magical place. Our driver Mr Chi picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. He was a fantastic driver, car was clean, water provided. We had lunch at a traditional restaurant where food was great, highly recommended spicy chicken. All up a 5 star trip and we would recommend Snow and Mr Chi and we would do this tour ourselves again when we return to Shanghai.

Jenny spoke great English and had a lot of great facts about the city. The tour is customizable which is really nice, because then you get to choose where you want to go.

Your was amazing. Kalvin was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Having lived in Shanghai his entire life he was able to relate to the build of new Shanghai with his own personal stories. Highly recommend.
