NOTA: - A maioria dos museus estão fechados todas as segundas e sexta-feira. - Por favor, note que não há tanques e calças curtas (acima do joelho). - O custo para o workshop de sandálias de pneus não está incluído. Se você deseja participar, você só precisa pagar a taxa de workshop diretamente. Não é necessário pagar para a Guia.

Itinerário
(O horário é flexível) Primeiro, vamos buscá-lo e seguir para o Complexo Mausoléu de Ho Chi Minh. Uma área livre de tráfego de jardins botânicos, monumentos, memoriais e pagodes. Dentro do complexo estão o Mausoléu de Ho Chi Minh, a Palafita de Ho Chi Minh e o Palácio Presidencial, o Museu de Ho Chi Minh e o Pagode de Um Pilar.
(O horário é flexível) O Mausoléu de Ho Chi Minh, localizado no coração da Praça Ba Dinh, é o último lugar de descanso do Presidente Ho Chi Minh, o amado Líder do povo vietnamita. A estrutura solene é um dos marcos históricos e políticos mais importantes do Vietnã, atraindo milhões de visitantes todos os anos que vêm prestar seus respeito.
(O horário é flexível) A prisão de Hoa Lo, muitas vezes referida como o “Hanoi Hilton” por soldados americanos durante a Guerra do Vietnã, é um poderoso site histórico que oferece um olhar sobrenatural sobre o passado colonial e de guerra do país. Originalmente construída pelos Francês no final do século XIX para prender revolucionários vietnamitas, a prisão mais tarde manteve pilotos americanos capturados durante a Guerra do Vietnã. Hoje, apenas uma parte do complexo original permanece e foi convertida em um museu, exposições de habitação que documentam as duras condições, histórias de resiliência e o espírito indomável daqueles que foram presos aqui.

My mom and I were very lucky to meet our guide: Trinh Hong Nhung at the Ho Chi Minh Museum. She is knowledgeable, patient and fun. We got to know a lot about Vietnam history and culture.

This is a program for free guides who are trying to practice English. Our guides ended up being two high school age local girls. It was super fun and one of the more immersive things we’ve done because you are just hanging out with them the locals as they explain sites to you. There English was also excellent which was the me our our main concerns going in. You also can’t beat the free price. Give it a try :)

If I could give 6 stars to our tour guide Duy, I would! We had an amazing day visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh museum and the Temple of Literature. Duy is very knowledgeable and shares information well beyond what can be learnt on your own. We also had very interesting conversations about the differences and similarities between our lives in Australia and his in Vietnam. I’m vegetarian and Duy found us an excellent restaurant for lunch and showed us how to serve and eat the dishes we ordered - the food was delicious. We are in our 60s and quite fit - whilst we did a lot of walking, it was at a good pace and plenty of stops along the way. Our tour started with Duy meeting us at our hotel at 8am and we ended back at our hotel after 3pm and every bit was so enjoyable. We felt we really expanded our understanding of Vietnam’s history and culture. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Hanoi and definitely recommend Duy as an amazing guide!
