Due to problem of 3rd party booking, my confirmation email was lost in tor operator's spam folder. After waiting a while at my pick up hotel, I rang the number given and had Arshad from Metro travels looking into this. Arshad was super helpful and patiently looked into the booking system and found my booking! He immediately phoned the driver Junaid from Amalty tours, who was in only a few minutes later at the hotel, amazing!! Off we went to the desert. Is was a long drive and Junaid made a very quick stop at a fuel station and picked up water for all passengers. At arrival in desert, he made sure everyone in our group were able to take part in all activities...camel riding, sand buggy driving, photo opportunity with a bird of prey on our arm then we were driven in powerful jeep with experienced stunt driver over the sanddunes, sometimes sliding sideways and then over the steep dunes. My heart made a few jumps, but it was so much fun and you could feel the driver knew his skills!! After watching the sunset go down behind the dunes ( spectacular views!) Junaid drove us to a camp, where we were entertained, had lovely food and were well looked after. There was also opportunity to receive henna tattoos from a very skillful superkind lady ! After all the excitement, we drove back in the dark "home" where Junaid kindly dropped us safely at all our different hotels. An experience well worth booking!

I booked a desert safari in the UAE through Metro Travels, and it was an amazing experience. The package was well-organized, starting with a comfortable pick-up and drive to the desert. The dune bashing was thrilling, followed by beautiful sunset views that were perfect for photos. The camp activities like camel rides, henna, traditional dance shows, and BBQ dinner made the evening memorable. The staff was friendly and ensured everything went smoothly. I chose Metro Travels for my first Dessert Safari and boy I made the right choice. I had a great time dune bashing which was an adrenaline rush & to cool it all down went for camel ride. The Live Shows at the camp was fun. The food was delicious. The pickup & dropoff was on time.
