My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide, Cindy, was friendly and knowledgable. Well worth the price.
The Premiere Private tour guide was amazing. Cindy was friendly. professional, worked with three grandkids in a great way. We saw everything promised including mingling with buffaloes and feeding burros. And of course, her explanation of Mt Rushmore was the main attraction. Well done.

We are two senior adult women and wanted to see the Black Hills without having to drive and hassle with crowds. This tour proved to be ideal for us. Cindy, our tour guide, quickly became our friend and not just a tour guide. She told us, "I get to go on vacation with you!" Her vast knowledge helped give us background on everything. She knew the best photo spots and found parking spots that were very convenient. When needed she dropped us off. Cindy had great relationships with the cashiers working the entry booths at attractions and with the parking lot attendants. We ordered lunch when we booked our tour and ate at the beautiful park in Custer. Cindy even brought a tablecloth for the picnic table! At the end of the day we were tired but happy. It was as close to perfect as a day could be.

Amazing tour of Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park and Wildlife Loop Road. Our guide Cindy was outstanding, so friendly and knowledgeable and attentive. She went above and beyond to give us a fantastic experience. She even took extra time to make sure we saw the buffalo and other wildlife on the loop road. We highly recommend her and this tour! We’d love to take another of their tours when we are again in the area.

You will get a full day of seeing Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse monument and prairie dogs, buffalo and antelope. Our guide, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure that we saw a full herd of buffalo. I can't say enough about how great she was. We were a group of 5 and got a hi top 9 seat Mercedes van. Well worth the money.

Jeff was an excellent guide—flexible, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He adjusted our plans around the weather and made sure we still saw everything, including a return trip to Mount Rushmore for better views and photos. We highly recommend both Jeff and the company.
