Praias isoladas do Rio: Prainha e Grumari caminhada e natação (pequeno grupo ou privado)
Descrição
O passeio visita a zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro, que permanece intocada com muita natureza e praias isoladas. Seguiremos pela orla, passando por 5 praias diferentes (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio e Macumba). Paramos primeiro na Prainha, uma pequena e protegida praia considerada o pico do surf no Rio, onde você fará uma caminhada de 1,5h até o cume do Caeté (253m=830ft) que oferece uma excelente vista da costa e outras montanhas do Rio. Da Prainha, em mais 5 min. de carro chegamos a Grumari, nossa última parada e onde ficamos para curtir a praia por cerca de 3h. Grumari também é uma área protegida e você desfrutará de uma praia tropical incrível e paradisíaca com areias brancas e finas, montanhas verdes e águas claras (traga toalha e roupa de banho).

Wonderful place, much heat and the trail made us sweat well rsrs. But the beautiful tour, I really liked Guia Renata, very friendly and explained very well the journey we did.

The walk was very good, it included some hiking in Prainha, and then I had the option to choose between this beach and Grumari, which I preferred because it was less crowded. Santiago, my guide, was attentive during the hiking, also giving me information about the history of Brazil and recent events. I highly recommend Jungle me, for their professionalism and attention to detail.

If in Rio you must take a day to see the beautiful beaches outside of the city and the magic of the Tijuca Forest. Fun day and we even learned a lot about the history of Brazil.

Excellent tour that combines a trail in the Atlantic forest and the afternoon on the most isolated beaches in Rio de Janeiro: Prainha and Grumari. For me, it was a perfect day: the trail in the bush was nice, with a beautiful view at the end. Our guide Thiago shared a lot of information about nature, the history of Rio de Janeiro, it was quite enriching. After that, we walked to the beach of Grumari and spent the rest of the afternoon there, enjoying the beauty of the sea, without a lot of people around. For people who want to enjoy the beauty of Rio with light physical activity and enjoyable beach, I recommend.
