We booked and paid for an airport transfer as were were arriving in Prague with 2 boxed bicycles. We specified minivan. We received 2 reminder emails during our long haul flight from New Zealand. However upon landing “on time” we received a text (what’s app) message saying “transport has been cancelled, we’re sorry for inconvenience” No explanation. We did received a refund (eventually) but that’s just not good enough. We booked over a month ago. We did manage to get a minivan with PRG who were excellent and turned up exactly when he said in 15 mins
Driver arrived on time, driving was good. Got email night before and driver texted when he arrived at my hotel to pick me up. As paid in advanced I didn’t have to worry about being ripped off. Would use again.
Very easy and flexible, our flight got delayed and they were happy to wait. Upon arrival they have a sign so it is easy to spot the driver.
Terrible, the driver initially asked us to move the appointment to an hour earlier, after telling him that it did not suit us, given that we did not want to spend 4 hours at the airport, the appointment remained the initial one. Later, the same driver (a Russian man probably 40 years old) for a 3-minute delay, caused because there was no one holding a sign with my name on it, started driving recklessly on purpose due to the delay and then started yelling and ranting at us in Russian. Then he started typing on Google Translate, all while driving at over 80 km/h on very narrow streets, and telling us in our language that “we had delayed on purpose.” He continued to toss us around in the car by taking sharp turns at high speed, causing us to get hurt (I sustained a bruise on my shoulder). Meanwhile, I tried to explain the minimal and unintentional delay to him in English, but he kept speaking in his language and yelling. Upon arrival at the airport, he pulled over on a road where cars were passing and where there was a no-parking zone, far from the airport entrance, all without saying a word, slammed the door, and drove off. I hope he gets fired.

Be aware that the driver will show up when your plane lands if you give them the flight info. However it takes over an hour to get thru border control and deplaning takes awhile when coming from US. The driver informed me there was an additional $20 waiting fee because it took so long. I was made to pay this in cash only. This was in addition to what I had already paid $44 to drive to Old Town. My suggestion is don’t use this service
We are very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the waiting time and the additional payment. Our driver waited for more than 60 minutes after the flight landed, which exceeds the complimentary waiting period stated in our terms and conditions. However, we understand that immigration and baggage collection can take considerably longer for passengers arriving from the United States, and the waiting-time policy was not communicated clearly enough in this case. There was no intention to mislead or overcharge the passenger. As soon as the matter was brought to our attention, we apologized and agreed to refund the additional waiting fee in full. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and will use this feedback to improve how waiting-time charges are explained to customers and handled by our drivers.

We had a little trouble at first communicating with the driver when he called to see where we were with the passport control process, but we eventually connected and he found us about 10 minutes after we made it to the arrivals hall (but we got through the passport control process much quicker than expected). The driver helped us with our bags, was very friendly, and gave us some good info to orient us to Prague. We would use this service again.
