Sadly, not a very interactive experience. The ear phones weren't the best. A lot of information was shared but for a 3.5 hour tour, some interaction would have been good.
Followed their instructions and no one showed up. Called customer service hoping they would help , but unhelpful and rude. Not a company Viator should be dealing with
Dear Mr Rimas, let us just simply reply the same way we did through private messages with you - you did not read the instructions on the voucher how you should locate your guide, even though they are mentioned in two different sections (Meeting point and Know before you go). You texted for assistance - which we received 9 minutes past departure time. By that time all of us are already guiding so that is why reply is not as swift. You followed by a call 20min past departure time. After checking info with our guide you were offered alternative day for your tour. As far as we see it, that is not "unhelpful and rude" behavior. Next time we recommend asking for assistance; if you can't locate your guide; before departure time or reading details on your voucher, like all other travelers who arrived that day.

Highly recommend this tour! Honza was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave great Prague travel advice along with history. We learned to take the public transport, got a few app/site recommendations, and he kept us as cool as possible on a 90+ day.
Those details make the review much more personal—especially the raspberry lemonade! I’d write it like this: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honza was absolutely fantastic! We spent 3.5 hours exploring Prague with him, and he somehow managed to keep the entire tour interesting, engaging, and fun from beginning to end. His knowledge of the city and its history was impressive, but what we especially appreciated was how much practical, local information he shared as well—including teaching us how to navigate Prague’s public transportation, which was incredibly helpful for the rest of our visit. It was also a VERY hot day, and Honza was so thoughtful about making sure everyone was comfortable. He planned an appropriate number of water breaks, found opportunities for us to get out of the heat, and was clearly paying attention to how the group was doing throughout the tour. And one of my favorite discoveries of the entire tour was learning about Prague’s different lemonade drinks—especially raspberry lemonade! Such a fun little piece of local culture that we probably never would have known about otherwise, and something we’ll definitely remember from our time in Prague. Honza is knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, and an excellent storyteller. Keeping a group engaged for 3.5 hours is no small feat, and he made the time fly by. We came away feeling like we understood Prague so much better than when we started. We would absolutely recommend a tour with Honza to anyone visiting Prague. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to the city! 🇨🇿
We had a wonderful tour of Prague, and our guide, Honza, was excellent! It was about 92°F for most of the tour, but Honza did a fantastic job of keeping everyone as comfortable as possible, finding shade whenever he could and making sure the heat didn’t take away from the experience. We learned so much about Czech history and culture, and Honza made everything interesting, approachable, and easy to understand. We also really appreciated all of the practical advice he shared for the rest of our stay in Prague — including how to use public transportation, things to look out for, and common tourist traps to avoid. This was an extremely helpful way to get oriented to Prague early in our visit. We walked away with a much better understanding of the city, its history, and how to navigate it confidently on our own. Highly recommend this tour, and especially Honza as a guide!
There’s so much to see and learn about in Prague amd our guide Jack was super knowledgeable and great at getting us around including the transit system and throughout the palace. I highly recommend.
