The service was excellent. The driver met us in the airport terminal, right on time. He handled all our luggage as well. The trip was fast and smooth, and he dropped us off right in front of our hotel.

First time using service to airport. Driver was excellent. I was concerned that the reservation listed a general location pick up rather than my hotel location. The pick up time was 3:30am. I was able to on-line chat with Viatar customer service to confirm location night before-therefore calming my anxiety. Will use again.

There was long queue at the immigration and I got out 1 hour later. The driver waited for me and tell me that my booking was no show as I come out late. I had to pay extra EUR29 to the driver despite that the company had deducted the fee from my card in advance. Now I am not sure if i can get refund on the fee paid.

Prompt, courteous, great communication while navigating border control, baggage collection, etc. Waiting when we exited.

We called VIATOR to reserve a shuttle from our Prague hotel to the Prague airport. We were quoted a price over the phone and agreed upon it. Approximately 12 hours before our pick-up time, we recieved a tet from the actual shuttle company advising us there would be an increase in price. We advised them we were not quote this price and did not receive an email confirmation for this price. They said it was visible on their website when we reserved the shuttle. We argued and said we made our reservation over the phone and had NOT been advised of a possible price change. We called VIATOR and advised the of this demand by the shuttle company. The VIATOR person at first did not understand our message or our frustration at this price change. Nor did the VIATOR person accept that when we originally called to make the reservation, that we were NOT informed that they might be a price change/adjustment. VIATOR left it with us that they would "investigate" and elevate our complaint & that if our "story" was correct that we were never advised of a possible price change that they would refund us the amount the shuttle company demanded. So we had to pay the price change and now we wait to hear from VIATOR. Very frustrating experience and we will NOT pursue shuttle help from VIATOR again. Customer, be aware of "Bait & Switch" practices.

The driver was prompt, communicative, and cordial. He also spoke English well, had a very clean vehicle and willingly accommodated our needs. A great experience!

I booked a ride for Today, June 5th, for pickup at Prague Airport st 08,30. You farmed my ride out to a company called Global Travel Support who called me yesterday while I was in Florence, Italy asking “At what time I needed a ride.” The man did not ask about pickup in Prague so I thought he was asking if I wanted a ride in Florence, therefore, cancelled the pickup! Global is not taking responsibility for the miscommunication for lack of clarity. At least, I deserve an apology for this huge inconvenience bring stranded at the Prague airport this morning! I also deserve reimbursement for a ride not taken. Marty Bandini

Driver showed up at our hotel as expected and got us to the right gate at Prague airport. He was very nice and we had plenty of room for 4 adults and all of our luggage.

When booking this transport, I listed the luggage we would have and was quoted $53.44. When it was time for our pick up, the driver texted our luggage wouldn’t fit in a sedan so we would have to upgrade to a van. I refused the upgrade as we had an agreed upon price. We then got an Uber for half the cost and will be seeking a Viator refund.

I booked round trip transportation. for my airport return transportation for tomorrow (13 May) I was just informed that I will have to pay 6 euro to the driver because my hotel is not in the city? I booked round trip transportation, paid the price you determined and now, from the company you coordinated with is requiring me to pay an additional cost.
