Our driver, Jaroslav, was professional and courteous, great host. We had a nice time on the visit. Thanks.
It was just the two of us, so we really enjoyed the flexibility we had! The hideaway restaurant that my kind and gentle driver taught me was also very good and very satisfying. I'm really glad I went to a cute city where Český Krumlov is also in the story. Next time, I wanted to stay overnight, so I moved to Vienna. I had a good time and enjoyed it thanks to the good driver who also told me about Vienna.
Jaroslav was a great guide for us. He arrived early to pick us up in a van. Lots of good background information about Czesky Krumlov , surrounding areas, and everyday life in Czech Republic. Speak English very well. Good driver. Went out of his way to help us get great pictures and to give us several different options and recommendations for things we were able to do on the trip, including the group raft ride on the river, which was a highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend hiring him as a guide for your group. I feel that we received a great value for what we paid.
Great way to travel from Prague to Vienna, seeing and learning about the countryside and having a wonderful stop in Cesky Krumlov. Our tour guide was FANTASTIC!
I went solo and had a good time, noone else booked the trip so it was a private tour, if you're going solo you definitely don't have to worry about this being canceled because of a lack of people and you can feel safe booking it knowing you have travel covered and won't have a last minute issue. My hotels weren't listed on the options for pickup/drop-off and after using the help/messaging option it was no problem for him to come to my hotel (just make sure you do this in advance). The drive was good we made as frequent of stops as necessary and he was willing to add some if there was something I wanted like to pick up a sweater, also he was knowledgeable about what we were giing through and provided good insights/history/commentary. The town itself was nice as well he took me around explaining everything and then we went to get lunch, he gave a few recommendations and the one we went with was good. We then went to the castle where he explained a bit and left me so I could take a tour provided by the castle (booked separately but he directed me where to do it and what time to choose, it was fairly cheap) afterwards he gave a little time to explore the town/castle further and then drove to vienna again as many stops as necessary, Good trip, picturesque drive, interesting location, great guide/driver
