Honza was a fantastic guide. The tour was just the right pace to see everything but not feel rushed or exhausted afterwards. Honza shared a lot of interesting facts and history of the country as well as recommendations from a locals point of view. And useful things to know like the public water is safe to drink and some of his favorite local dishes. I tried them all and everything he recommended was great. I highly recommend this tour and Honza the guide.

We actually missed this experience due to our own fault. I communicated to the provider early that morning that we had train issues and wouldn’t be able to make the 2pm experience, and asked if they would honor the tickets the next day. To their credit Mike said they would, but the issue was I didn’t hear back until later that evening so had already made alternative plans. When I questioned why it took so long to get a response (no one even reached out when we weren’t at the experience), and I only got a response after I sent another message, the tone was incredibly poor. I wouldn’t recommend.
Dear traveler, clearly it was not enough to write you that we are all guiding throughout the day and things that are not urgent are resolved in the evening. If you have a situation and need an urgent response, you should call or message through text message or WhatsApp (as we explained in our response). Sending a message through Viator app is not the fastest way of communication. Even though you sent us around 7pm very aggravated message we still gave you a chance to join the next day. So speaking of "poor tone" - please read your own messages first. We're always happy to help people who reach out to us, however, there are polite ways and rude ways of communication. Which one gets you further is pretty clear I think :)
