We had a great time! It was extremely informative and enjoyable. We highly recommend this.
This was a great tour. I spent some time learning about the Troubles before we got to Belfast, but it was remarkable seeing things in person and hearing the stories from our driver who shared his own experiences. He did a tremendous job presenting the facts of both sides in a very non-bias way, no easy feat I'm sure as tensions still exist.
The driver never arrived. Clerk at hotel called local tour agency for me. They said booking never came through to them, and that in fact they never start tours after 3pm owing to rush hour. Said I should request refund from Viator, which I have done. Operator offered a lower ratefor next day but my schedule did not permit. Avoid Viator!
This was such an educational, informative, and interesting tour. Kevin provided great insight as he explained the murals, walls/gates, neighborhoods, and peoples. Highly recommend!

Original driver neglected to pick us up on day/time planned, but after a call to the company another driver arrived to do the tour. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we got to see all the sights on the two hour itinerary. He shared a lot of information about the history and present situation in “Norn Iron” where my husband was born but hadn’t visited in decades. All in all a great tour.
Our flight was cancelled last minute and we couldn’t get to Belfast. We had to cancel our trip on the morning and got in contact to tell them. They refunded the deposit immediately which wasn’t expected by us but was really appreciated as we were already gutted we couldn’t get there. I had been in this tour before and it was excellent which is why I rebooked with them this time. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are easily contactable and really helpful.
