Our driver was awesome, prompt and very informative. He knew English well and was very communicative with our tour guide. Our tour guide, Sascha, was so good too. Not only has he been doing the Pompeii tours for a long time, his father had too. So glad we got the tour because there was no way to actually appreciate the little details the he pointed out and he’s able to make you see how the city of pompeii was and the lives of the people there. We would’ve been lost. 5/5 stars. Don’t hesitate to book. It was totally worth it.

Jerry was very professional and vehicle is very nice and clean. We had 6 traveling from Positano He was on time and dropped off and pick us up on Pompeii and then took us to Naples. Highly recommend.

Pick-up: Our driver - who’s name is slipping me right now, was extremely punctual - earlier than I thought! Apparently the pick up was 8:30 and I thought it was 9:00 according to the booking, so not sure what happened there! But he was super helpful with luggage, spoke great English, only down side the car did not have Wi-Fi like advertised. At Pompeii our guide Veronica was spicy! And I mean that in the best sense of the word. Spoke fantastic English and was so feisty. This is my third visit to Pompeii and my partner’s first and she covered all the main points on an exceptionally hot and sweltering day. We then made our trek to Positano and our driver was exceptional trying to avoid traffic and he even called our hotel parking in advance to give the porters a heads up! 10/10 highly recommend!

Stephanie and Gerry were very easy to work with. Our train arrival time changed due to construction 2 days before we arrived. They were able to change their pick up time and rearrange our Pompeii tour and guide. In addition to the ease of communication, the ride itself was amazing. Stephanie shared with us places to go and tips for spending time at our next location, Positano. I would highly recommend. Also, the guide Stephanie arranged for us in Pompeii was wonderful. While we definitely did not love all the rain we had on our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on this excursion.

5 stars all the way! Simply the best Car Service and Tour Service out there anywhere. We have used Sorrento First several times during different trips and have recommended them to friends who raved about them as well. So easy to communicate with Gerry and he is super responsive. Booked a series of transfers with Sorrento First Choice. Gerry and his team were great . Lorenzo was our driver from Naples to Positano and back to the airport . He was very knowledgeable and you could really tell he enjoyed sharing his wonderful home . Highly recommend the team

The Mercedes van was pristine and very comfortable.Gerry was patient and pleasant and even gave us an unexpected tour of Naples enroute to Positano ( to avoid the traffic) Definitely book with this company to travel from Naples to Positano

We used Sorrento First Choice Car Service to take us from the Naples to Positano and back. Gerry was very responsive via email and his wife Stephanie was prompted and told us a lot about the area during our ride. We will definitely be using this service for future trips to Positano!
