I have used your service in many countries and was never disappointed until the service I received in Malaga. The driver was arrogant and disrespectful. Additionally the cost of $265.08 for a 14 minute ride from the port to the hotel is outrages. In Athens the service for the same van holding 6 adults and luggage from the airport to the hotel took 45 minutes and the cost was $285. How do you justify the cost of the Malaga ride? I believe I am due a subsatntial refund of money.
